Nice size. Holds more than you think it would. Love that it can be a refrigerator OR a freezer. Great color and easy to keep clean stainless door. Salesman was very helpful. Convenient delivery and easy set up.

It is a very nice freezer. Plenty of space within and very quiet. It easily fits in my garage. It stays very cold and I love that it will convert to a fridge. The only thing I wish it had was maybe a bumper or lip on the shelves to keep everything in. I got a load of frozen beef and had a little trouble keeping everyting on the shelves when I was first organizing it. The door pockets are also very nice to keep things like freezer packs. I would buy again.

This is a SWITCH refrigerator/freezer. It is wonderful I started it as a refrigerator. Got all my freezer stuff set up and made and then set it up for freezing. It has been wonderful. It keeps a consistent temperature for the freezer at a temperature I want and it it has had no issues in the heat of garage and now we’re getting into the winter. I would recommend this to anyone. The price was wonderful and it also has an alarm it can’t get better than this.

For years, we've been saying we should get a freezer. Rumors of meat shortages during the COVID-19 crisis prompted us into action. We chose this particular unit mostly because of the size, and because almost every other model was sold out. The front panel says it is set for "00" degrees. The other day I pulled out a carton of ice cream and inserted a high quality thermometer. It said "0" for a second, then settled on "-1", so I'd say it regulates the temperature very well. A spacious interior makes it easy pile things in there, even 16" pizza boxes fit. I do suggest you get plastic baskets to help organize smaller stuff - you can only stack small things up to a point, and the baskets make it easy to slide stuff out and find what you need. Very quiet operation, you can barely tell it is on when you're standing next to it. Being able to use it as a fridge is a nice option, but I suspect we'll always have it in freezer mode.

Excellent freezer, I bought this one for my son & his family loves it. We bought the bigger 21 cft version 4 months prior & love it & it fits a lot & the lighting is great! We loved it so much that we bought the smaller size for my son. Great product!

I have nothing bad to say about this freezer I got it for primarily deer and it holds more than I would need and it keeps everything completely frozen solid. It looks great it’s quiet and it works great so really couldn’t ask for much more 10/10

Easy install and setup. Use as freezer or refrigerator. If I had to replace would purchase freezer and 2nd refrigerator separately. Compact and works well in garage.

I love it. Easy to use. A lot of space. Excellent feature to switch between freezer and refrigerator. Usually when you open freezer the cold escapes and some of the item get deforsted but not here. When you close the door it releases cold air to get temperature back to where should be.

We love this convertible freezer so much that we have three of them. They are so convenient because you can set it as a refrigerator OR a freezer. We first stumbled on these when we were getting ready to remodel our kitchen and needed a place to store food in the garage. We bought 2 at that time and set one as a refrigerator and the other as a freezer. It was 2x the storage we could have gotten for half the price, and it is almost like having a restaurant-quality setup. We recently purchased a third, much smaller unit for drinks in our basement. They are sturdy, reliable, and adaptable units. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

When we started looking for a freezer, we tried all the major box stores and many of the independents. We decided on the Insignia 13.8 at Best Buy because of four criteria: 1. size, 2. availability, 3. adaptability, and 4. price. The freezer /refrigerator is very adaptable in that the temperature can be regulated for use as a fridge or deep freeze. It has an open door alarm, interior LED lighting, and all controls conveniently located on front and center of the door. The space occupied by the unit is minimal, and we had no trouble finding a spot for it in our attached shed.

Working great, just the right size for what we need as a second freezer. We considered getting a chest freezer but wanted to be able to see what we have. This freezer does great, runs quietly, and there is even a button to press when you first load the freezer to get it back to temperature quickly.

Purchased this product for our family party barn. Perfect size and best of all you can change this product to a full refrigerator or full freezer. We mostly have used this product for drinks and to keep food cold. The fact that you can choose the temperature you want is a great feature . We set ten temp at 36 degrees which is perfect for our cold beverages!!!

This makes a great garage freezer/fridge. Bought this as an alternative to a chest freezer and it works perfectly! Really good seal and stays super cold.

This is a great addition to our deep freeze (which was becoming overfilled), as we are using this as a upright freezer BUT could convert it to a standard refrigerator! I really appreciate the ability to use as either one, depending on your need! It also displays the temp, etc. on the outside, which is helpful! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Works great so far. On wheels so it's easy to move. The door has quite the seal so the whole unit moves when I try to open it but I also haven't looked to see if I can lock the wheels yet.
