Love this Freezer. Fit perfectly and has a ton of room for storage.

It keeps my food super cold. Zero degrees. Plenty of room inside. The shelves are well placed. It makes me happy every time I open it.

We originally purchased the 17 cu ft model.. and loved it so much we purchased the 21 as well. Unfortunately, the 21 came with glass shelves that just don’t seem to hold as much as the wire shelves that are in the 17. We only had this one just over a month and the bottom shelf spontaneously shattered. Not sure if it’s a fluke deal, or not? But the other shelves look concerning as far as bowing .. I would not be the least bit surprised if they all end up breaking. I can’t seem to find anything on what the shelf load is? Maybe we have too much weight on them? Regardless.. Its a bit frustrating. at least the insignia customer service pulled through and sent me a new shelf (Although, they claimed they shouldn’t because it was out of their 30 day warranty.. by a few days) I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone with them, but should be receiving my new shelf tomorrow. Wish there was an option to choose wire shelves.. that would have made this a 5 star purchase like our last one. Added a picture of the wire shelves in our other model as well for comparison.. we much prefer that model.

My last freezer was larger but I do find this 13.8 Cu. Ft. holds enough for my usage. I like the bright interior light The glass shelves are very nice. I know it is working as the door has a lighted "00" degree telling me all is o.k. I do not hear it run as very quiet. I am happy with my purchase.

I love this product. I purchased it with the intent to use as a secondary refrigerator. It is a small petite size with more than enough space for extra groceries for a family of 6. It can also be turned into a freezer with a click of a button. I also love that it sings to you if the refrigerator door is left open. A future needed with the kiddos don't always close doors all the way.

This freezer was so much better than I anticipated. I use it as a freezer, it's super cold without the frost! I've fit more food than I can imagine into it, 13.8cu foot is really a lot. Fit in my one-butt kitchen like a charm! So far it's been a month and there is no problems with it. It reads 00° all the time, but it feels a bit colder than that. This is such a great product, I don't think anyone would be disappointed with this fridge/freezer!

Works great. Using as a freezer. Nice capacity, all glass shelves is a huge plus.

The freezer works great. Kept frozen even when lost power. Love how it has an auto defrost so no hassle there. Takes up a lot less space than my previous chest freezer. Didn't add to the light bill, if anything has less of a draw than my old freezer. Would recommend this to everyone needing a freezer.

I love the refrigerator/freezer. We use it as a freezer it works great and the perfect size for our family of 3. It is easy to operate, no complicated parts. It does what it was suppose to do. We have had it for almost 10 months.

This was by far the best experience I have had. I was having trouble with my deep freeze, I opened the door and all my food was thawed. I contacted Geek Squad, without hesitation, she had an appointment setup for a repair person to come to my home. We ended the call, then about 5 minutes I got a call from the same lady at Geek Squad who informed me that Rathman we with for a texh to come to our house, Oder the parts needed, then return at another date to install the replacement parts, she wanted us to have our deep freeze sooner, so she made it to where ours was eligible for an exchange. We now have a NEW deep freeze coming to us without any cost. Best experience ECER!

Works great. We've used it as a refrigerator and as a freezer. Easy to clean. Cools very quickly.

I am using this as a freezer. I really couldn't tell how big it was because the images on the product page doesn't have a good reference to compare the sizes. They could have pictured it in a garage with a car parked next to eat. Or next to a garage door opened just above the freezer. This would be a far shot and not close up. I am happy with the size. I was debating getting this or a larger one but I am totally happy with the size of this one. I am still working on the right temperature. It ranges from 0 to 10.

It is very quiet, just the right amount of space for our needs and love having the drawer at the bottom. We use it as a freezer but love that we have an option if we want to use it as a refrigerator!

We got this unit to be a freezer. We love it. It's small enough to fit in our kitchen. We can finally bulk shop and save money. It has enough room for big boxes of pretzels, ice cream bars, AND pot stickers. There's a large drawer at the bottom. We have had no issues. It works like a dream. We're extremely happy with it.

This convertible freezer/refrigerator is great! We have a chest freezer that has worked well over the years but we were always "losing" things at the bottom. With this upright unit we can easily spot whatever is in there. It has been working well and we are very satisfied with it. Glad we bought it!
