It runs very quietly. It is nice inside and outside. We keep it inside the house and it fits in well with our kitchen. We use it as a freezer. It's so easy to find what you are looking for compared to our old chest freezer.

This is a great freezer! Works great in my space. It’s got plenty of space and it’s easy to switch functions.

This freezer keeps food perfectly ice cold. It's easy to use and set up, and has lots of room. We have not tried using it as a refrigerator. The only issue we've had is that its door seals so strongly and it weighs so little that when opened it will actually drag a bit on my smooth concrete floor.

I am using this as an extra garage freezer. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Delivery was on time and very courteous. The product was undamaged and set up without any problems. The freezer it's self is higher quality than expected and looks very nice. I've been monitoring the temperature inside with a regular old school mercury thermometer, and found that the digital temperature setting is spot on maintaining the correct temperature. No complaints here!

Very happy with our Insignia freezer or refrigerator. We are using ours as a freezer . Nice to have the option of being a refrigerator. It works great with plenty of room. Looks really nice in the kitchen too .

Works very well, Wife is happy with it & so am I. We replaced a 37 year old Kenmore with this which still worked fine, The Insignia 13.8 is larger, brighter and stores food well.

I love this product. When I bought it, I read reviews that made me rethink the purchase. Someone said that a power outage would cause it to lose the freezer or refrigerator lock settings. I have had so many power outages and I’ve never had a problem with it switching. I also changed the settings from freezer to fridge and fridge to freezer to check to see if it would lose the setting and it did not (I caused my breaker to trip to check it). It cools properly and is spacious enough for my needs. I have been using it as a fridge since the time of purchase. My door handle does get a bit loose after extended usage, but it’s an easy fix. I just tighten it and it’s good. At one point, I did have to clean water from the back of the fridge that leaked. It does tend to get hot on the side, but I was told that was normal. It gets hot, but cools down without creating problems. I haven’t had any other issues.

I love my new freezer, and the price was great. I was thinking of getting a chest freezer, but glad I went with this Insignia upright. It has more than enough room for all my excess foods, its frost free and was cold quickly. It runs quietly and doesn't take up much space in my garage.

We are using this as a replacement freezer since ours went bad. It is a great size and easy to use. The inside light and on the door temp is a great feature.

First of all...BEST BUY...rules!!! I can not describe how happy this makes me feel to write this...2020 was a longggg year and with that not many words needed. We started looking for an upright freezer and could not find one because people had the same idea...stock up... so 3 months in a lookout when someone posted a picture and when I add it to the cart as I did 4 other times before this I thought: it will be another one ...the day of delivery it will say it is backorder ...no not on this case.I got an email asking me to confirm delivery, I could not believe my eyes! Delivered by 2 gentlemen wearing masks and keeping a distance and that's it... The Freezer/fridge combo is awesome, tons of space, and yes on my garage perfect and just the way I wanted.
