We gifted this freezer/Fridge to our son and daughter in law in anticipation of family expansion. They love it works great. Just the right size and footprint. Spacious enough to have an area for future meals and of course door space for ice cream or freezer pops for immediate consideration. Meets all expectations.

A beautiful unit. My old freezer was 30 years old. It started leaking. The first stop was Best Buy. This Insignia was on sale. It fits perfectly where the old one was. It truly is a beauty.

We bought this Insignia freezer 2 1/2 years ago and it has worked flawlessly. It stores all overflow from our refrigerator plus more. It doesn't take too much space in the garage but offers plenty of storage for all our meats and frozen foods. Overall the family is very satisfied with this product.

This freezer keeps food perfectly ice cold. It's easy to use and set up, and has lots of room. We have not tried using it as a refrigerator. The only issue we've had is that its door seals so strongly and it weighs so little that when opened it will actually drag a bit on my smooth concrete floor.

I have done business with Best Buy for many years and I will continue to do business with them. I have never had any problems they've always been kind and courteous. I also love the freezer that I just purchased.

I've had this freezer for a little over a month. Time will tell, but so far I have no complaint. It is perfect! Before buying it, I researched reviews on big name brand products and their quality has declined over the years. This Insignia was the size I needed, the color I wanted, it's ENERGY STAR certified, and was less expensive than other brands. Other items I have purchased from Best Buy were great! So, I don't expect this to be any different.

I am reviewing Insignia™ - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezer with ENERGY STAR Certification - White. I am giving a 4-star review although the freezer stopped working right before its 1-year warranty ran out. BB has scheduled to pick it up and offered me a replacement or money back. I am going to get another Insignia that is a bit larger capacity and will also purchase an extended service package. While the freezer worked it was pretty perfect. Temp was right on 0 degrees, light on outside of the door told us the electricity was on, lots of storage with heavy duty shelving and nice on-door racks. Odds are the next one will last longer.

Absolutely love it. I didn’t want a freezer, but I wanted a big enough freezer to do what I needed it. I’ve been watching this freezer for years. Reviews are excellent and it’s always out of stock. When it showed up on sale, I jumped on it. I love it And it’s very quiet.

Unbelievably fantastic. You open the door and everything is put away so you can see it clearly no more stacking everything on top of each other never knowing what you have and always know exactly what the temperature is displayed brilliantly on the door fantastic. Bye very happy with this product.

I love my new freezer, and the price was great. I was thinking of getting a chest freezer, but glad I went with this Insignia upright. It has more than enough room for all my excess foods, its frost free and was cold quickly. It runs quietly and doesn't take up much space in my garage.

I’m really happy with my new Insignia™ 13.8 cu ft Garage Ready Convertible Freezer. It’s been awesome so far. It cools super fast, keeps everything frozen solid, and handles the temperature changes in my garage without any issues. The stainless steel looks great, and the freezer feels sturdy and well-built. There’s tons of space inside, and the shelves make it easy to keep things organized instead of piling everything on top of each other like my old freezer. One of my favorite things is that it’s ENERGY STAR certified — I’ve definitely noticed it’s not using a ton of electricity. And the fact that I can switch it from freezer to fridge if I ever need to is a huge bonus. It also runs really quietly, which I appreciate since it’s not far from the door to my house. Overall, this freezer has been perfect for extra storage. Super happy with the purchase!
