I am very pleased with this freezer and the way Best Buy handled the purchase. We ordered it online and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery guys did an excellent job and took great care not to damage it. It works extremely well and it is very quite. I would recommend this freezer and Best Buy to anyone.

Best convertible fridge/freezer. Keeps our drinks ice cold and prevents our snacks from melting! Looks great, plenty of space, and very easy to use!

Excellent refrigerator/freezer combo. I now have two of these and they are great in their ability to change from freezer to refrigerator. Great versatility!

I love these so much I got a second one. I regularly go back and forth between freezer and refrigerator settings based on my needs at the time. They both are awesome.

I've only had this freezer for a couple of weeks but so far, it is performing nicely. We have it in the garage and then experienced record heat and it didn't miss a beat. I like that we could convert it into a refrigerator if need be but for now, it's doing a great job as a freezer.

So far, so good. Large enough to store a quarter beef and half hog and still have more room leftover. Quiet operation and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Very nice looking as well.

We purchased this online and it was delivered to our house. The delivery people were awesome and brought it to our basement and set it up. It worked great for 11 months and then stopped cooling. We contacted Best Buy and they shipped out a replacement unit promptly. The replacement has been working great.

This is our first upright freezer, and not only was this one à great price, it was exactly what we needed. It’s the perfect size for my household of 2, thé shelves and door compartments are great. My frig is old, so with this being able to convert to a frig, I plan on buying another and using it in the house! Who needs a conventional frig for $2000 when you can have this for a fraction of the price!! Delivery and set up only took 20 minutes, and that included hauling off my old freezer. Excellent purchase!

This is our second, we have the next size up that we use as the freezer and this one we are using as a refrigerator. Does the job nicely, we liked the first one so much we got another one.

Our deep freezer chest went out while we went camping, searched for a new one and found this one, it’s so much better than the chest freezer, you don’t have to dig thru everything. Pretty good in size also

It’s a great freezer with plenty of space for what I need and love the fact that it has a light on the inside, I would recommend you purchasing this product, great quality and value for the money!

The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because of the cosmetic damage. I was stoked about buying a freezer, but it must’ve gotten damaged during transport. It was originally set to freezer mode (0 degrees Fahrenheit), and I turned it to refrigerator mode (41 degrees Fahrenheit). Settings seem to work great but this is only day 2 of having it. I’m hoping I can work with customer service and they’ll honor it, but I know how limited freezers are right now. P.s. I haven’t installed the door handle for I’m hoping they work with me as far as (possibly) getting a new unit shipped out.

I'm using this as a freezer and so far, everything has worked as advertised. The freezer is virtually silent, and I never hear it as it sits next to my home office desk. Lots of space and shelving to separate my frozen foods into categories like vegetables, beef, chicken, and seafood.

We have been totally satisfied with our new Insignia upright freezer for our garage. It is very functional with storage shelves, bottom drawer and room on the door. I have been able to organize all of my frozen items with room to spare. The unit stays exceptionally cold and has a very strong seal on the door.

Great size, the freezer stays extremely cold. I had it first set to -3 degrees but it was too powerful so I brought it up to 0 and everything is perfectly frozen

This freezer has been a great addition to our garage! Works great, no frost and keeps the food down to -14. With food prices way up- it allows me to shop the sales and get our meats affordably. Now I want another one to have as a garage fridge!

This is a great little Freezer/Fridge. We had an issue with our main fridge in the house and we bought this to store our Frozen foods. It has plenty of shelf space and is very quiet. We are thinking of buying another to use as a fridge only and replace our KitchenAide garage refrigerator altogether. The only thing I would change is to make the door hinges reversible.

Delivery was awesome. Plug and play. Looks great, right size for area. This freezer is at my church fulfilling a special purpose - frozen meals for our congregation

Emptied the contents of a full-to-the-brim 7cu chest freezer into this new 13cu upright and let it settle overnight. The temperature delta is excellent, swinging between 0.2 and -0.6 degF. As far as energy usage I am seeing about 77W for 10 minutes, and then off for 15 minutes. The unit is in the garage where the temperature fluctuates between 60-70 degF during my short test. If things change for the worse I will update my review as the garage temperature can get to up to 95 degF during the summer months.
