Our Freezer (and refrigerator) was delivered exactly as promised, on time, and by two very helpful and friendly people. They unboxed it, leveled it, plugged it in and installed the door handle. It looks exactly like the picture. We bought it sight-unseen online, which I was a little nervous about, but we were not disappointed. The unit works great. We use it as a freezer and it maintains zero degree temperature effortlessly. We are very happy with our purchase. We shopped numerous local "big box" stores before our purchase and nobody had freezers in stock. Best Buy came through for us. Their communications were helpful, friendly and courteous. Cudos to all involved in this delivery!

We just had this freezer delivered today. Honestly we only bought this brand and model because it was the only one in stock. Now that it is sitting in my basement plugged in I am so glad that I bought this freezer. The size is just right for our space. We though that we needed the 20 Cu. Ft. freezer but now having this one I believe that would have been to large. The freezer cooled off right away and the LED lighting is bright. The freezer runs very quietly. Since I have only used the freezer option I cannot comment on the fridge portion of this model, but I really like the option for future use.

Bought this as a freezer for extra meet in our man cave. Super spacious, sturdy, easy to use, and the appearance is nice.

This was such a great purchase. It offers a lot of space inside and has a sleek design. I love the fact that it can convert from a refrigerator to a freezer with the push of a button. It also has a quick cool setting that cooled it down to user ready in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend this product.

Delivery was super easy. They sent a link to see when the delivery would actually arrive. Not just the four hour window. The freezer is great. Very quiet. Plenty of space. Would buy again from Best Buy.

This appliance can be set to be a refrigerator or a freezer. Large capacity for its footprint. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a reversible door handle and hinge.

we bought 2 of these. One for a freezer and one for a fridge. Perfect size for us and bright light inside. temp on outside is nice. we have no complaints on our purchase. Best buy was excellent on the delivery side of things. They got to my house later then I hoped but I work nights so I was waiting to go to bed a lil later then my normal. But the delivery guy was aware of this and wasted no time with the delivery and was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be buying more appliances from here in the future! Also not that we are afraid of the whole covid situation, but for those wondering they did take steps to insure minimal exposure, masks, minimal handling, etc.

This refrigerator/freezer combo has met all of our expectations. It’s been running in our hot garage without any issues for 6 months, and hopefully years to come. We love the locking feature, the fact that it converts, and the display on the front. There is room to fit a ton inside as well.

Never usually one to write reviews, but this upright freezer is great. Needed another freezer in addition to our chest freezer for extra milk storage after having a baby. The price and size are perfect. The great part is once the milk is no longer needed I can convert this into a garage fridge. Very happy with the purchase so far. The Best Buy delivery was great also.

Excellent quality. Works perfect. I have only had it for a little over a month now, but I love it. Was worried about it not being big enough for the amount of food I needed to store, but it worked for me.

We've had this freezer for a year now or close to it. Excellent perfect for a family of two to three people. Easy access, you're able to use dividers if you're interested in separating your frozen products. The only thing I wish is the drawers at the bottom were deeper. Beyond that love this freezer, especially you can put a lock on it when you go on vacation.
