This haze been a great freezer. It’s quite and keeps the items frozen as desired. I would recommend if your looking for an upright freezer.

Pros - freezes quickly and stays at temperature, quiet operation, door seals securely and takes a good tug to open so kids can't accidentally open it, display dims after you close the door. Cons - not really a con, but I prefer wire shelves for airflow. In a freezer you don't have to worry about liquid spills as in a fridge.

I love my new Insignia FREEZER it is just what I wanted and when I went shopping for a freezer and I I saw it at BEST BUY I had to have it same size and everything it fit right in the space I had my old freezer.

This is a very versatile unit you can use it as a freezer or refrigerator unfortunately for me our unit went down but thanks to Best buy's protection plan they replaced it I have nothing negative to say about the protection plans offered by Best buy or should I say the total tech that I'm a member of or do I have anything negative to say about the unit My new unit is up and running and it's great. FYI love being able to set this to negative 11 and make drinks cold within 5 minutes

Works like a champ. Quiet. Cold. No worries. Even survived the movers brining it to new house.

I am one who usually buys big name products, such as Kenmore, Frigidaire, ect. I was leery of a name that i wasn't use to. I'm so glad i bought this Insignia fridge/freezer. It can be used as a refrigerator or as a freezer. I bought it for an extra freezer. It got super cold, quickly. The seal on the door is unbelievable. It takes a lot of pull to open the door. If you can get your hands on one, you won't be disappointed.

Love the size of the freezer for an extra freezer and love that it can be converted to a refrigerator also. So far it works great!!

We are using in our kitchen as our main refrigerator. So far seems to keep food colder than our regular bottom freezer whirlpool refrigerator. Wish it had another crisper than the one on the bottom. Will update if we see any fluctuations in temp.

We love this freezer because it can be changed to be a fridge if needed. The super freezing feature is perfect if you want to give it a higher freeze blast for some items. The door also beeps if you leave it open which also helps.

I was skeptical because I had never heard of this brand, but we are very happy with the freezer. The size is perfect and so far, it is working great.

We got this freezer to store our dog food. It is large and for Thanksgiving we were able to convert it from a freezer to a fridge to store the food day of! I love that it is large and I can buy things in bulk now to save a little bit on shipping costs each time I order.

This a great freezer. Doesn't take up a lot of room yet holds a lot of things. Standup freezer is the way to go if you need a deep freezer.

The Insignia Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator is just perfect for my use in the garage for Keeping excess Frozen food in. It is very quiet and seems to run very efficiently. It's 13.8 Cu. Ft. interior is just right for my use. I also liked the idea of it being a Refrigerator or Freezer, the pricing was very reasonable compared to other brands and what you get for you money.

I have only used this as a freezer so far. Very quiet. I have it in the garage in Houston. Delivery was exceptional. They arrived 15 minutes before my delivery window and had it set up in less than 15 minutes. I love the size. I have a small family and this has more than enough room for my needs. I like the solid shelves. I had a previous freezer with wire shelves but it was not frost free. This frost free is exactly what I needed. Very easy to tell if it is on freezer mode vs refrigerator mode.

Searched for a new freezer for a good long while. This was best deal found. Even at the price, still found a LOT of features I hadn't realized or expected. VERY happy. Freezer is nice than expected :)

We were looking for a small beverage fridge to replace a pair of old dorm fridges. This served the purpose; lots of room for drinks, and no freezer since we didn't need another freezer section. We have not tried the convertible function to a freezer, as that wasn't what we were looking for, but are happy with it as a drink fridge. It is very quiet.

This is a great freezer/refrigerator. I only use it as a freezer due to the amount of smoked meats I store. It cooled down fast and keeps the food frozen. This unit is very quiet, it has plenty of storage and bright lights inside. I really wanted a smaller unit, but now that I have this larger FROST FREE unit, why would I buy anything else. Go with unit if you have the room and not a smaller one, you will be glad you did. No defrosting to do.

Great freezer- love the option of it being a fridge or freezer. Shelves are sturdy and is true to temperature. Definitely a good buy and worth the price.
