Well, it's a freezer, so I can't say too many exciting things about it. It does its job and it does it well. I have it out in the garage to keep my meat cold and my meat is, in fact, cold. Looks pretty nice too, the stainless steel doesn't look cheap and the digital display is cool. Solid purchase and, in my opinion, an upright freezer is far superior to a chest freezer for organizational purposes.

Great product, easy to set function and temperature.

I like this unit very much, we were able to use one as a freezer and one as a refrigerator and have had them a few months now with no problems. I love the space between shelves, the drawer on the bottom and being able to store smaller items on the door for easy access.

I originally tried to purchase a freezer at the beginning of the pandemic in February. No such luck. On a fluke I checked back in April. The 7 cubic foot GE was available. It then kept getting pushed out in terms of a delivery date. While speaking with a BB rep I mused - do you have anything else? I checked the BB site while I was speaking with her and was surprised to see that the highly rated (Consumer Reports) Insignia 13.8 cubic foot upright was now in stock. My luck. Better machine and it was an upright. I now have six months of beef, pork, chicken, flour, fruit, juice, and other basics vacuum frozen. It has a special quick freeze cycle that's important for minimizing freezer burn. Runs great. I'm set. It's an upright so nothing gets lost. Very easy to work with.

Very pleased with this purchase. At just under 14 cu. ft. it was the perfect size to allow us to stock up a bit on our needs. We live quite a way from shopping so this will allow us to make fewer trips. Runs very quiet and plenty of shelf space and door storage. It took only 4 hrs for this thing to draw down to 0 degs. F from room temperature. It's a great value.

This freezer is exactly what I wanted. After the problems with the food supply chain in the spring of 2020, I wanted to make sure that I had a freezer well-stocked before winter set in. I browsed the freezers at all of the major retailer websites, and none of them were in stock. Of all the ones I looked at, I kept coming back to this one. It seemed like the perfect fit for my low-ceilinged dining room, and I loved all of the features of it. I kept my eye on all of the various options, and this one came in stock first. Since it was my first choice, I was really very happy. The delivery was on-time and professional. The freezer has great interior capacity, and the lighting is wonderful. The only thing that surprised was that it needed nearly 8 inches of space on the sides. Thankfully, my room can accommodate that, but none of the reviews mentioned it. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it highly. (Just make sure you have enough room to plan for the extra space on the sides.)

Small enough to go under counters and not be so deep as to lose things but large enough to hold a lot! Keeps things well frozen. Good tight seal—slightly hard to open, but also keeps kids from opening it—has been perfect so far!

I have used this as a fridge and freezer and it works great. Easy to switch between the two. Great size also.

Interesting option to have either a freezer or a fridge! I am using a a freezer and it has lots of space and keeps things frozen. Great size!

Purchased freezer, Great size and price, perfect for our garage

This freezer is the perfect size for our garage. The upright makes it so easy to stack food. With deep freezers it is so lost for something to get lost at the bottom. With this freezer you see everything and it has so much space. The controls on the front of the door makes it very convenient to change settings. The chime when the door opens is a nice plus for us.

We love this freezer because it can be changed to be a fridge if needed. The super freezing feature is perfect if you want to give it a higher freeze blast for some items. The door also beeps if you leave it open which also helps.

I just love my freezer best purchase ever. It is nice to be able to see everything instead of bending over in my old freezer.

The freezer is great size and has excellent capacity. It's the perfect size for my garage. Also like the versatility that it could be converted to a frig/freezer combo.

We have only had it now for almost 3 weeks but it is working exactly as advertised. We love the size, it is quiet, and currently being used as a freezer. We like the concept of using it as a refrigerator if needed. The delivery occurred without a hitch and the gentlemen who delivered it were very efficient and considerate. They also gave us the information we needed to have a successful experience. Thank you.

Nice freezer. Very good price. Delivery was on time and easy. This replaces a Galanz unit that died in less than a year. Hopefully this will last a lot longer.

I started a business & needed a freezer. This freezer converts to a refrigerator. It is perfect in size & design. I purchased this item on sale but i would have purchased it at regular price.

Very happy with this purchase and with Best Buy's support. We initially purchased a larger version that did not fit appropriately. They replaced it with this one which was a perfect fit. It gets cold very quickly, has a chime if the door is left open and is everything we wanted.

We needed a bigger freezer and this did the job. There is pleanty of room and it has side rails for breakfast goods and more. The one thing I do like about it is that it also can become a refrigerator if needed.
