We needed a freezer fast, when our (full of food) freezer quit working, over the July 4th weekend. Late that night, I was able to locate this freezer and purchase it online and was able to pick it up at the Best Buy warehouse the next day. Set up was easy and the freezer works great! I love the shelves and the room in the spaces on the door. I would recommend this product, with no reservations.

We love it! Got it when our fridge broke and have been using it as our kitchen fridge. The space is excellent and it’s so easy to clean. Highly recommend it.

The freezer is quite large, and it keeps the food frozen quite nicely. Just not sure what the lock is and how to use it. it is a wonderful product.

This freezer is switchable to fridge with just a click of the button. It is a good size freezer and has lots of room to freeze all our frozen foods. It comes on 2 wheels and rolls easily. It has a lock to keep kids from opening and closing the door. We don't recommend putting it in garage due to changes in extreme temperatures. The garage gets very hot in summer and the compressor runs longer periods of time. In the winter, the freezing temperatures don't help the companies components to work well. Keep freezer inside the house.

Excellent freezer. it's spacious, with glass shelves and excellent lighting. secure door closure and door is nicely balanced. we used the home delivery option and were very pleased by the professional manner of the delivery associates.

Love it. I got tired of the small chest freezer. No more wondering what's at the bottom of it. This upright is a good size, not too too big & it's FROST-FREE!

Having just a refrigerator with a small top freezer without shelves in my kitchen, I am absolutely loving this upright freezer which I put in my garage. It allows me to see what I have at a glance and be more organized, so I will no longer end up with old freezer burned food. It freezes everything super fast. I haven't tried it as a refrigerator yet. I am hoping that it will be just as good when using it that way.

Purchased to replace a box freezer which was hard to store and find/retrieve frozen items from due to stacked atop each other. Great delivery and setup by Best Buy contracted crew. Works great, so easy to store and locate items. The only difficulty is the pressure pull on the door makes it hard to open. Secret seems to be use fingernail to just lightly break that pressure and door then easily opens. Appears there will be no problem avoiding any frost created inside the freezer by it sucking in any air with such a solid seal. Ability to convert it to a refrigerator by adjusting the temperature might be a benefit for those whom might need a 2nd refrigerator periodically.

Works perfectly. I like the thermometer on the outside, and the fact that it can be used as a refrigerator, also. Very spacious interior. Very happy with this purchase.

I needed an additional freezer and this freezer fulfilthat need. When iI cook I usual make too much. I wanted to be able to freeze the extra for meals later or for my children who are in college. When they come home the hit the freezer for home cooked meals that have been prepared. I love this healthy investment.

Happy with the features and size of this Best Buy brand freezer/refrigerator. Using as a freezer and has plenty of storage space 3 shelves with door shelves, easy adjustment controls, door alarm and light. This supplements a french door refrigerator and highly recommend.

It's just the right size and supplimenst my needs over and above the freezer size in my refrigirator. Now it's easier for me to purchase goods in quantity, I love this freezer.
