As it was purchased to provide extra/overflow refrigerator space in my garage, I was glad to find a product that would allow me to maximize refrigerator space with a small footprint, right next to my Insignia chest freezer. So far, it’s done exactly what it’s supposed to do, keeping food and drinks cold.

Nice basic freezer

With the Covid-19 pandemic, it has been hard to find a freezer, but this one came back into stock before anything else. It's been in our freezer a couple months now, and it seems to be doing fine. It isn't full, but everything in it is frozen, and it's not too loud. It has plenty of storage space.

One was put in pantry to hold the extras when entertaining or just needing extra space. Happy with all 3.

It also got cold quickly. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it keeps making squealing & thumping noises. So much so thay it startles the dog. Afraid its going to go out on me like my last fridge did after just 3 years. Fortunately I only paid half as much for this one.

Great Freezer/Refrigerator

Freezer fridge running good

The freezer was delivered in good condition and the quality of construction is good. The interior is brightly lit and with the glass shelves, everything is easy to find. About a month before this purchase I bought an upright freezer from a well known American brand to allow my wife to stock up on frozen food. Once I had the additional freezer space it became clear we could use more refrigerator space too. At this point I did not want to buy a regular refrigerator because that would come with more freezer space that I did not need. I searched for refrigerator only units and there were very few and they were expensive. I then came across this convertible freezer/refrigerator that was exactly what I needed. I use it as a refrigerator but it is good to know that I could switch to using it as a freezer if needed. It only draws about 2 amps so I could plug it into the new 20 amp outlet that I put in the basement for the other freezer I bought (also draws 2 amps). It runs very quietly and cooled down quickly after being plugged in.
