I've had it for only a few months, but so far, so good. Holds temperature well and I have not had any issues.

I purchased this freezer after looking at many brands. It is a good size for an extra freezer. I like the digital temperature on the outside, and the ease of adjusting it. It seals really well and keeps the temperature perfectly.

Bought this freezer to replace an aging freezer (17 years old) that was having trouble staying cold and running continuously. This one seems to be working just fine. Really like that you can set the actual temp right on the front of the door instead of having to adjust some dial inside that just uses some arbitrary numbers to represent warmest to coldest. And it appears to maintain the temp that you set based upon the thermometer we keep in the freezer to verify the freezer temp. We set it at -10 degrees and it stays at that temp. Also like that is has a light inside unlike our previous freezer. The bin on the bottom is also great for frozen foods like vegetables that come in plastic bags and don't stack well on the shelves. Would have preferred a lower price, but freezers seem to be in high demand and short supply right now, so we felt lucky that this on was even in stock.

Easy set up. Had it programmed in a jiffy and it was cooling in just a few hours. I will primarily use this as a freezer. This appliance doubles as BOTH a full-size stand-alone refrigerator AND freezer. Love that flexibility if needed.

Works great have had no issues to date. Very quiet. Love the chime feature when someone goes into the freezer to get something

I love this fridge. It looks narrow but has served my needs well for fulfilling baking orders. The freeze option is amazing when I need to cool product quickly. No regrets. The only thing I will say is that it tends to suffer a little in the Florida heat as a garage refrigerator. I did not use during the summertime in order to avoid any possibility of internal temperature fluctuations, which would range from 32-45 degrees during real feel 100F.

Love this use it as an extra freezer since our side by sude isnt cutting it on food storage. Even thinking on getting a 2nd

Have had no real issues with this other than user error. Don't just swing the door shut like most refrigerators, it may bounce back open and you won't realize it for a little while until it starts chiming at you

This little converable fridge. We use it for overflow after gathering and drinks mostly. Looks great and works great. Only down side is that door is not reversable but i knew that going into the purchase and this has a nice price point

Have only had it for a couple of weeks . so far everything seems to be in good working order the only drawback is the it takes a lot of effort to open the door most of the time

This machine as a freezer is absolutely perfect for my needs and I love that it can be a refrigerator as well. As a matter of fact, I purchased two machines and I do use one as a refrigerator, though I have to turn it down significantly to get it to work for refrigeration- otherwise, it runs too warm

I was amazed that this could be a refrigerator or freezer. It worked well as a refrigerator for the short time I had it. If I had space in my home I would have kept it.

Saw this Upright Freezer on line, then went into the store, never know what these actually look like until you see them. I loved it just from being in the store. I ordered this and when I got it and installed it, I feel in love all over again. I had a chest freezer this is a game changer, no more having to dig. Plenty of room for me and my needs. I cook a lot for my family and when we are together there is a total of 6 of us. I love being able to store meat and have it on hand.

The fact that it can be used as refrigerator or freezer is great. It looks good and is very large inside.

We use this as a second freezer in our basement and it is amazing. It's so roomy, it has a sleek design, it has very nice shelves both inside and on the door (making for very easy organization), and it's just perfect for us. We have a lot of frozen foods, everything from frozen meats to veggies to pizza to a variety of ice creams and it's still roomy. I love that it's also automatic and no defrosting is necessary. I was extremely happy with Best Buy's customer service too. The delivery people were very customer-focused, wore masks, and were very attentive. Thank you for a great product + service!

Great freezer! Not too big, not too small, and can actually find things (not like a chest freezer)! Keeps temperature great while looking good doing it! Gotten lots of compliments on the stainless door with info screen on front.

Perfect. I have this set up as a freezer, but if I needed to use it as a refrigerator I’d just need to push the button, easy peasy. I like the glass shelves and the shelf spacing. Size is perfect. Fits in my small kitchen with no problem.
