Delivery was easy - they have great Covid protocols with doorstep delivery. Product is fantastic! Much larger than anticipated and keeps everything super cold and constantly frozen.

I did not have any issues with it. I keep a digital thermometer in it and when the temperature is set to 37F(fridge mode) the readings show a sine wave between 37F-47F. When I set to freezer mode it keeps 0F to -10F. I am generally happy with the purchase for this price.

As a result, it was not possible to attached the handle securely. Contacting customer service was a hassle and extremely frustrating. After inputting numbers on the phone (e.g., press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc. ) The first person told me she couldn't help and I would have to go to the store. The store told me I had to call the 800 number. I finally connected with some one who found the transaction and said they would send a replacement, but it was out of stock so it would take a couple of weeks. A month later, I am still waiting for the handle.

They are side by side and I use one as a fridge and one as a freezer. It’s way better as a freezer because everything is so organized and accessible now compared to the cramped bottom freezer I had before. As a fridge it’s good but has limited organizational flexibility. I’m exploring clear plastic bins. I wish I could switch the handle to the other side so they could open towards each other. I also wish they were designed so they don’t need so much space around them for heat dissipation since they are in my kitchen and not a garage. All in all, I’m happy with them and I love the new setup.

However, we were promised a $150 promotional gift card when we purchased this and have been told online- "nope". I was directed to go to Best Buy directly and discuss this matter. I even screenshot the promotional gift card when I purchased this freezer. I may need to edit this review when I speak directly to Best Buy. One of the attractive reasons of this freezer was an additional gift card.
