Tough to open, but that, to me, is a good thing. Someone left the freezer OPEN, and we almost had a terrible loss of food. I know they left it open BECAUSE it requires a good tug to open. I know when I close it, it's closed, and I like that. GREAT freezing (I use it as a freezer, although it can be used as a fridge too). Very roomy. I can actually see what's in my freezer. I'm very happy with this unit and recommend it.

I already have one of these that I use for a refrigerator, this one I use for a freezer. I love it. Plenty of room, a light, and no frost buildup.

It had several good reviews. Perfect size for the area we had. Shelves are large and adjustable and the bottom drawer holds several pounds of meat or chicken. Easy to see and grab what we want. It can be converted to a refrigerator with just the push of a button. I really like the feature of letting you know the door has been open. Great product!!!!
