The delivery was fine, except its dropped off and the go. You have to unbox it and hope its not damaged and its works. Unboxing this was a challenge. If this was delivered to a home that was not able to do this, it would have to sit there unboxed and not be able to use it or even find out if it works. Too soon to tell if I'd recommend it. Have not had it long enough.

Freezer / Fridge function is really cool- will be handy if you ever need to switch later. I can't think of anything bad to say about it.

Right now it is being used as a refrigerator. It will be great as a freezer because it lights up. Our current freezer has no light so this is a great feature and being upright for space.

Have only used as a freezer, but like the conversion to refrigerator option. The two gentlemen who installed the product were kind and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and explained several things in easy to understand language!

Great frost free upright freezer

Replaced a 20 year old Kenmore upright freezer that wasn't frost free. It was 12 Cubic feet. Bright Interior light and glass shelves are a huge improvement over our older freezer and larger in capacity. The only issue is that the plastic handle broke the 1st day of use once the freezer developed a sealed pressure from the cold. Emailed Insignia and they responded quickly, but didn't have the part. I made my own from a stainless steel handle I had from our kitchen remodel. All good now.

Was damaged during delivery and took an extra week to receive. Definitely worth what i paid during the sale.

My only complaint is that the wheels do not lock the freezer in place and the entire freezer slides out over our wood floor every time I open the door (good seal on the door though). Best Buy sent people out to look at it and they said they could not fix this issue
