It is working correctly and very well. It started the first time we hooked it up to power.

Sales price represents great value. The freezer feels solid and seems to be working fine after one day in place. The touch pad is nice. I've noticed that the door seal is so strong that the door is sometimes difficult to open, but that may improve over time. Delivery team was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, it took 6 calls (total of 3 hours on the phone) with Best Buy support to get the delivery/installation scheduled correctly, and to obtain credit for an erroneous delivery charge. But it was ultimately resolved.

It’s about a month since we got the freezer, so far it’s great, the light sensor was stuck but once I unstuck it there was no problem. A good freezer so far. Not paid or won so this is a real review.

The threads on the handle set screws were not tapped properly. As a result, it was not possible to attached the handle securely. Contacting customer service was a hassle and extremely frustrating. After inputting numbers on the phone (e.g., press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc. ) The first person told me she couldn't help and I would have to go to the store. The store told me I had to call the 800 number. I finally connected with some one who found the transaction and said they would send a replacement, but it was out of stock so it would take a couple of weeks. A month later, I am still waiting for the handle.

Perfect size for single family. It has a very tight seal.

Perfect addition to my garage. Had a chest freezer before, but love this standup. Can find everything, can fit a lot and is very quiet.

The freezer works great. It has plenty of shelf space for large items. Now I don't need to dig my frozen meats from the chest freezer ever again. I've received multiple reminders and preparation instructions ahead of time. The delivery crew arrived on time and set the freezer according to our choice in the basement. Everything went smoothly.

I have been wanting an upright freezer for a long time, so I was happy to find this one at a good price. The freezer is a good size I only wish the door slots were a little larger but it holds a lot of food which is good when you have a large family

Easy to get started upon purchase, larger than you would think, convenient choice of either freezer or fridge use.

For over 2 years I have been looking for a inexpensive upright freezer to use in my garage. I finally found this one... Is big enough for what I need and small enough to not take too much space in my garage. It has many features that I considered when buying like: frost-free that was a big plus since I do not want to waste any time cleaning it. An alarm when the door is left open. Digital display of temperature on the door. Large storage area inside. In short, a great buy. I highly recommend this purchase.
