Bought it in 2022 so this is more of an update. Two plus more years and it's still working great. I use it as a freezer and it hasn't accumulated ice on the walls

Plenty of freezer space. Fully happy with this product. Product hold up unknown as it's too new.

This is a great freezer/refrigerator. Runs quiet and has lots of room. Currently using as a freezer and i love the LED lights; lets you see everything that is in there.

Bought this after Appliances Connection had us wait several months for a freezer we’d ordered AND lost it in the shipping process. Best Buy had this one in stock so we ordered it because we desperate and I must say we’ve been pleasantly surprised. It works great and froze fairly quickly after we set it up. There was no option for install when I purchased it so I assumed it was included, it was not. However the item was fairly simple to set up. Great space, a light and self defrosting-we love it! We move across country soon so I’m hoping it survives the move. Will update review as needed.

This freezer /fridge is amazing very spacious fits sooo much!!!!! I have it in the garage as a freezer, to hold all my kids snacks and frozen food.

(1)sales answered all questions... very helpful.. and delivery people even brought into the basment, with no problems.. and advised putting a non-automatic led nightlight in the same duplex and the freezer to ensure power on at a glance .... again very helpful... (2) not real keen on having to push a button to unlock the door everytime you need to get in it... (ease of use)

We are using the unit as a second freezer and it works great. We have not had any issues with it keeping our set desired temp.

Best investment I have made in a while. Perfect size, nice easy design and very quiet. Freezes really fast.

I love this freezer. it is so easy to see what is in there with the light. love the glass shelves and the drawer. lots of room. love the quick freeze setting when putting items in the freezer. I got this because I wanted a frost free freezer. but everything about this freezer is perfect. It does take up more space than my old freezer but all of the frost free freezers I looked at were bigger than my old one. It just took about 2 hours to freeze when I got it.

Purchased as an extra freezer for my basement. Perfect size for what I need. The option to use as a freezer or fridge is also great.

Nice purchase, I like the fact I can switch from refrigerator to freezer, which I did already once. Size is appropriate for the garage.

This freezer is fantastic. It has user controls on the outside for a wide range of settings and a great bright led light inside. This allows my family to stock up and plan meals easier. There are shelves and a drawer inside as well as tracks inside the door.

The freezer works great. It has plenty of shelf space for large items. Now I don't need to dig my frozen meats from the chest freezer ever again. I've received multiple reminders and preparation instructions ahead of time. The delivery crew arrived on time and set the freezer according to our choice in the basement. Everything went smoothly.

I had been on the hunt for a purchase of an up freezer; I love my purchase; of my 13.8 cu ft insignis freezer it is not too bulky and has plenty of room. also, very well priced.
