So far so good. It keeps frozen food frozen. I like that you can see the temperature of the freezer on the door. It's a perfect size inside and outside for what I need and it looks nice. I use it as an extra freezer in my basement.

Absolutely awesome freezer/fridge, it has everything i have wanted and more! It has worked flawlessly for over a year now.

Awesome unit. Works great. Only suggestion would be to put a thermometer on outside of unit and make the door reversible.

This freezer is brand new, but so far we love it. We replaced a chest freezer with this upright model. My wife spent a couple of happy hours switching over and organizing. She loves to organize so I got her this as a surprise present. I knew she was tired of digging around in the chest freezer, hanging almost upside down to reach the very bottom...but anyway, now we just open the door and everything is neatly laid out before us. Our quality of live just went up again.

This is exactly what we needed for a meat freezer in our garage.

So far so good. Best price we could find. Gets cold fast and maintains. Ultra freeze button is handy to switch back to freezer function. Good capacity.

Took it home, removed box and it looked like the box was rubbing on the front of it about 4”s down from the top. That was disappointing but the freezer is a nice size and works really well. Even pulls a vacuum when you shut the door.

The freezer was the best height, and was able to hold a lot of food inside. The time to freeze something was quick. Very good unit.

I am giving the actual freezer 5 stars as it does everything as advertised. The 13.8 cu ft is perfect for our family size of 6. I can store a quarter cow butchered with extra space for 5 full chickens, 4 chickens butchered, 25 pounds of pork butchered and still have room for 5 2lb bags of frozen vegetables, and other miscellaneous items. I love the temp setting display. We have yet to use this as a full on refrigerator. We were thinking about purchasing another unit as our back up fridge. I am however, taking away one star because the unit arrived damaged and Best Buy said it would credit me for the damage and I have not seen or heard from Best Buy since it was delivered back in June 2020. Best Buy customer service is terrible and have not returned any of my calls on this matter.

Works great and has a lot of space for frozen goods

The freezer was delivered on time and was setup very quickly. The freezer itself works very well and it holds a lot of food.

This freezer is exactly what we needed. It is the perfect size for our family of 4. Works great!

This is fine for the price. Had to shim as the leveling feet aren't sufficient. In-door storage isn't the greatest but at least it's there. Shelves and drawer are fine. Have only used in fridge mode so can't talk about how well it keeps frozen goods, but as a garage fridge it gets the job done. If I hadn't gotten it on sale it would have been overpriced for what it is.

We’ve had the freezer a little over a year. Works perfectly. No issues!! Looks good in the garage too
