Absolutely awesome freezer/fridge, it has everything i have wanted and more! It has worked flawlessly for over a year now.

Purchased right before Covid and it has been a brilliant addition. Performance has been excellent and the layout makes it easy to find what we need. The upright style takes up minimal garage floorspace. The only reason it is not 5 starts is because you have to be careful not to close the door too hard because it will bounce back and leave the door ajar. There is an alarm that sounds, but with it being out in the garage we missed it a few times, one time resulting in a full defrosting of the contents. Since banning the door slamming child from using the freezer without supervision we have not had a problem since.

This freezer is fantastic. It has user controls on the outside for a wide range of settings and a great bright led light inside. This allows my family to stock up and plan meals easier. There are shelves and a drawer inside as well as tracks inside the door.

This freezer gives a lot of bank for few bucks. Compared to the smaller version, it is a steal. For roughly twice the price, you get twice the size, plus, quick freeze, auto defrosting, an actual door handle, shelves on the door, and the ability to use it as a refrigerator, and even a light on the door so you know it is working. Unlike most things in life, the cheap does not come out expensive.

I love this! This is a second purchase of this item for me. The first purchase was last year to be used for extra refrigerator space. I was so impressed I purchase the second one to use as a replacement freezer. I have more storage space then I had in my old Kenmore 13.8 upright freezer. This freezer will not disappoint. The price was even better for the second purchase more than a 100 dollars less. Glad I didn't miss that sale!

Love this freezer. With rising prices we filled it. 2 whole hams 1 turkey tons of chicken hamburger sausage veggies and fruit. Love the door compartments. The bottom drawer is so big my wallet lb turkey is currently in there. Would definitely recommend this freezer. Great. Price. Perfect size. My side by side freezer didn’t hold enough food just ice cream. Wanted to stock up. Inflation

Right size. Easy to use. Temp is on the outside of the door. Clear drawer in bottom is great for prepackaged meats

I like this freezer so much that it's a combo a 2in 1 a freezer/fridge now how cool is that. The freezer works very well and I'm very happy with this merchandise.

So far, I love this garage freezer/refrigerator. Our sales representative, Linda, was very informative with the sale and setting up the delivery. The delivery was on time and the two guys set it up exactly where I wanted it. Operation (changing modes) is easy.

So far it operates great. Plenty of room. Better than I thought.

This freezer had glass shelves and bottom pill out drawer. Perfect size for a small family. It also runs very quietly.

Despite some misdirection at the store, the product we ended up with is much to our liking. As upright freezers were hard to come by during this pandemic, we called ahead to see if they had a freezer. They said that they did, a different model it's size than this and that it was a display model from the store. They went on to say that it might have some scratches and whatnot, but that it was wrapped in plastic and would be in the back of the store. Because it was a display model they couldn't do the transaction over the phone, but the girl said she would "call back there" and let them know to put our name on it. that, to us, indicated that she was in that same local store. however when we arrived, they did not recognize her name and said that she worked in a corporate location somewhere where they answer the phone. They called me back to look at the item, and much to my chagrin it was not wrapped in plastic and it had a huge dent in the top left side that just made it a deal-breaker for us The item was discounted because of that, but not enough to make up for the extremely cosmetically damaged unit. They had a different make and model of freezer, at full price. I thought it would be not much of a problem because both my wife and I are US veterans, but come to find out Best Buy offers no military discount. That again was disappointing. but when we brought the freezer that we purchased on, we were extremely happy with it and are still. Would we buy at Best buy again? considering all that happened at first, and no military discount, probably not. the two big box retail competitors both give us a 10% discount. So that's probably a deal breaker for us.

We wanted an upright freezer so things wouldn't get buried in the bottom. This freezer fits the bill perfectly. It works great and the quality is good also. It has a really tight seal which is perfect for a freezer.

Was looking for a refrigerator and didn't realize that this upright freezer could be used as a refrigerator. This works perfect for my needs.
