We bought this Insignia™ - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezer - Stainless steel unit to replace our old chest freezer. This unit is great we just plugged it in and set the temp. It has plenty of space and you can see every thing very easily. So far 5 stars.

Really like our freezer. Keeps all the food frozen at zero degrees. My only concern is when opening the door you need to use two hands as the seal if very tight. I hope the seal lasts.

Perfect fit. Needed to replace a failing freezer and settled on this one. Wanted something smaller than the 17cu ft one we had. This unit fit the bill. Delivery was prompt and professional. Unit was ready to use within a few hours. The features make it very flexible. The super freeze mode is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I can't review the refrigerator option since I bought it for the freezer. Shelfs are will positioned for storage of different size and weights. I like the display on the door that lets you know the exact inside temperature. Also like the feature that beeps if you leave the door open by mistake. Delivery team did a good job of removing the old unit and installing the new one. Answered all the questions I had.

Very nice freezer, delivery and set up was a no hassle experience. Having been using the freezer for several weeks now. Freezes really fast, and layout is really convenient and useful. Very nice appearance stainless steel, the controls on the outside of the door make for easy settings and easy monitoring. We hope to get years of useful service from it.

Installation in garage went perfect and Delivery personnel were awesome. The Freezer works great so far, have had it just about 7 weeks, so far so good. Replace a 1980 Kenmore chest freezer so this is delightful not having to bend over to find anything! Ample shelving!

We've had this freezer for a couple of months now. It was simple for the delivery guys to install. No more defrosting the freezer. Works great and it will also convert to a refrigerator if we no longer need to use it as a freezer.
