I would rather it have a ready good seal, than be easy to open and not a tight seal. Important for a freezer! Love the freezer!

The one part I hate is it beeps/chimes anytime you open the door. There is no way to turn it off except put tape over the button. Other than that it’s a great price and works well.

The size is ideal for a one-person home! I purchased a thermometer for use inside the freezer, as the display on the front of the door reflects what the freezer temp is set for, not what it actually is. So far, there is no discrepancy...

Lots of usable room and all items easily accessible, which is the biggest issue with normal freezer chests. So far working perfectly as a back up freezer. All items perfectly frozen without any frost. Have not had any issue at all.

We set one up as a refrigerator the other as a freezer. These are working GREAT and we have a lot more cold storage now. Highly recommend these for extra cold storage.
