Much better than a freezer chest

I don’t have to move things around to see what I have left in it. So much more convenient.

Great Medium-Size Freezer.

We had a large commercial size freezer in our old house. But we are now retired. This is freezer is perfect. It keeps our foods frozen. The door stays tightly closed. The vertical orientation makes items easier to place and to find when needed.

We considered a chest freezer but we really like that this upright freezer allows easier access to the contents. We also appreciate that this freezer is very energy efficient and should not impact our electricity bill significantly.

We have a larger one, but it was out of stock when we needed to purchase this one. The smaller one was in stock. They look nearly the same, but there is a small difference in size. We like that you can use this for refrigerator or freezer.

It has been working well at keeping all the meat and misc frozen items (pizza, noodle, ice packs etc.), well, frozen. The test came 7/8/2024 when we lost power due to Hurricane Beryl. We got power back on 7/13. When we check inside, to our surprise, only some of the food on the top 2 shelves defrosted. Anything below the 3rd shelf stays frozen. So, yes, I give this a solid 5 star.

Size is perfect for more beverage focused owners, it cools appropriately, and looks sleek. My only downfall with this fridge is that it is only adjustable in the front so you may need an additional item to help it balance depending on where you have it in your garage.

This freezer is our second major appliance purchase from BB and we will go to them first when another purchase is necessary. This freezer is a welcome addition to our food storage options.
