I could not have asked for better service. The guys were fast and neat. They carried off two of my old appliances from the basement and didn’t charge me. They were great. Keep up the great works and God bless you.

So far so good, I bought a thermometer to place inside to check actual temperature. I set for -2 and it’s right on. Will go as low as -10 if needed. I have in my garage, be sure and DONOT plug into a no fault receptacle which trips at the receptacle. Use a receptacle which trips at the breaker only.

Although there was a delay in the scheduled delivery, once the freezer was back in stock and the delivery was rescheduled, everything went smoothly. We've had the freezer for a few weeks now and it works perfectly. It's in the garage and freezes quickly and maintains the temperature.

I bought this for my daughter, she exchanged it for a bigger size of the same freezer. She loves it. She was throwing away so much food due to spoilage before I bought her this freezers. It is a great freezer fir a much cheaper price than other name brands and works just as good.

I much prefer an upright freezer to a chest freezer as it's so much easier to see what's in it. The shelves in the door are perfect for small items. This freezer is a great size - I was originally looking for a smaller one but this one was so highly rated and well-reviewed I decided to go with it - great decision!

Wow, works as fridge or freezer. We use as a freezer, gets cold real fast. Real cold. Rock solid. Left the door open on the 2nd day and it started beeping at me to let me know. Great product so far. Big too lots of space. I'm loving this so much!

Great products, that is the right size for a secondary freezer that compliments the washer dryer combination that was also bought from Best buy. The service tech were knowledgeable and courteous and clean up any misc. plastic and packing material prior to leaving.

Upright came with some dents, however delivery guys was very professional, wanted to take it back,but I redused. Was told I would have to pay again for re-delivery.

I bought this s an additional refrigerator for the garage. It is only 13.8 Cu Ft. but with no freezer the refrigerator space is awesome. I love and am very please with the purchase. I'm glad I didn't go with a used one, I wouldn't have the space I have now.

Neat idea to be able to switch from Freezer to Refrigerator! Nice fit and finish, glass shelves are a welcome upgrade from the typical wire rack shelves. Solid feel. The digital controls are easy to use and work well. Sides are black FYI. The stainless finish is nice but 'real' and therefore does not clean easily with normal cleaners.

This Convertible freezer/Refrigerator by Insignia is amazing. I purchased this for use at a local food bank. It converts very easily. I particularly like the temperature digital readout on the door. It keeps up with the constant opening and closing of the door during food distributions. A great purchase!

Perfect Garage freezer for the space we have for it. Unfortunately had to downsize from the 21 CU ft because the door hit our garage stairs (barely) and couldn't completely open. Unable to go with the 17 CU Ft model because it's only shorter, so it would have had the same door swing distance issue. On this model there is no way to change the side the door opens from. Best buy was fantastic with the exchange process, dropped of the smaller one, picked up the bigger one and discounted me the price difference.

Excellent upright freezer. I've had this freezer for approximately three months and I am thoroughly impressed. Good quality and very nice looking item at a fraction of the cost of other appliance companies. Insignia appliances have not let me down.
