Nice and plenty of room fits perfect under my patio

I bought 2 of the convertible refrigerator/freezers to use in the garage for extra food storage. Perfect.

I had a problem with the first freezer I ordered. But I went back to store same day. They kinda replaced with free upgrade. Also, the whole process took about 15 minutes.

I am using it as a fridge in my hangar and love it. Lots of space for drinks of all kinds.

Love it. When you open it, the temperature is reflected on the front door and it is marked so you can tell tjat the door is properly closed.

I purchased this freezer from bestbuy a few months ago and overtime ice started to build up on the upper side of the freezer. From the outside it seems like the reason is the door being misaligned with the body (picture 3). I am not happy with an item doing this when it's brand new, but I decided to accept it for what it is and decided to contact best-buy support to schedule a at-home appointment as this item is still under the 1 year warranty that comes with your purchase. The support agent asked for some information and then told me I was only eligible for a in-store repair. I thought this was weird, but apparently bestbuy online support agents are not able to schedule at-home repair appointments and I had to go to the store to schedule an appointment? I don't understand why this is the case when I had done everything up to this point online. Besides not having the resources to take the freezer to bestbuy (bestbuy delivered this item by a truck and two employees) I do not understand why I can't click a button to schedule an appointment on my order details page. I am still able to use the freezer, and might visit bestbuy at some point to schedule an appointment, but am I happy with this purchase? No, not really.

Excellent at maintaining freezer temperature. Seal is strong and glass shelves are sturdy and attractive. I wish I had space for a second unit to use as a larger beer fridge.

Purchased Dec 2023. Its now Sept 2024, 9 months later and still have not received the screws to mount the door handle. After 4x's calling insignia and all 4 orders being cancelled, they say they're nla. Please accept a $10 gift card. Very incompetent workers... Here is the order number you gave me. Please verify model number. What? Model number. You have model number? Very disappointed w/ this brand and these outsourced workers overseas. Someone at best buy needs to make this right.

I was in the market for a freezer and stumbled upon this awesome freezer/fridge combo. I used this during the holidays and it was PERFECT. I love the digital reader and the installation was a breeze. 10/10; no issues so far!

Freezes really good and it looks nice too. You can actually see the food your are looking for.

I bought the Best by brand freezer Insignia 13.8 cu. ft stainless steel that recommended me by a Best by employee from the Woodbury store in MN. It was hassled free. Everything deliver according to the plan. I only have it for a month and so far I like it a lot.
