All 3 have had broken drawers on the bottom. Not sure how my luck is so bad. Now the 3rd one they dropped off today has a small crack and the top door alarm button is bent. Very unhappy.

I have now purchased 2 of these. It should be noted that the shelves do not adjust and that only the front is stainless

We had a freezer chest for a while and it crapped out during an electric surge. We’re able to replace it with a nice upright freezer that we even could initially use as refrigerator until after the birthday party. The only missing it the ability to switch the door from right handed to left handed. Or at least be able to order the mirror configuration.

Seems to be working fine just after installation.

Was installed in unheated laundry room in August 2024 and we left cottage just after Labor Day, first week of September 2024. Hope freezer food will be okay when we arrive back in May 2025. Still haven’t figured how the lock works though.

It was easy to install (very little to do) and started freezing as soon at it got plugged in. The freezer keeps items frozen but not freezer burned.

I love that it has an alarm and that I can choose to use it as either a fridge or freezer. I bought this freezer with installation service and three-year Geek Squad protection. The delivery was excellent. The delivery team called me 30 minutes before arrival. They handled the hauling and installation carefully. Surprisingly, the compressor is from Toshiba, and the freezer is made in Thailand. I suspect that Midea manufactured this freezer at a Toshiba factory, which Midea acquired several years ago.

No performance issues with the freezer so far, except maybe that the door seals too well making it hard to open sometimes.
