Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No problems with the freezer at all-is great but since it only had to be plugged in and they didn't have to put it together, they were going to just drop it off in the box-I am 73 years old and no way could I have ever gotten it out of the box-when I ? them not taking the box and straps with them and told them I could plug it in, they took it out of the box-if they hadn't-I would have sent them packing along with the freezer. I guess they 2nd thought it, and they were nice about it.

It fits a lot of the organization baskets, it stays really cold, and the lid seals really well. It was so easy to get set up to. I only had to put the handle on and take all the wrapping off. Its the perfect size for the four people living at the house.

Lock broke way too quickly.

I love the little racks that come inside, and it keeps everything ice cold as a deep freezer should. The installation instructions for the handle and lock were to the point, so no issues there. I rated this three stars because the lock broke within a week of use. The metal part literally snapped, and I’m no longer able to lock it.

I was shopping around for deep freezer for a week..than I seen it on sale at best buy..great price and delivery. Just what I needed for my family. Got a bigger freezer n cheaper. Keep your eyes open because best buy be having some great sale price compare to others
