I have purchased Insignia products in the past. They have always surpassed my expectations. I knew that they were built for Best Buy by name brand names and that their standards are higher then the manufacturers standards.

Frost free but has poor seal at rear corners causing frost

Made from Frigidaire for Best Buy .Is coming with weels and not loud at all.

I like it. It rolls, the size is great, 3 baskets and look good.

I guess they don't test these at the factory in China. I drove 30 miles each way to pick up at Ontario warehouse. Paid $30 in gas. Wasted half my day. Let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging in. Assumed it worked because blue light came on. Spent hundreds of dollars in frozen goods. Opened freezer and didn't notice any signs of cold. Used infrared thermometer and it was 73 degrees inside the freezer and that was the COLDEST setting. My wife has an event tomorrow and now I have to take off work to drive another 30 miles each way to their warehouse to buy a different model. Plus I'll waste 2 hours loading up and returning to local store and hours more installing the second freezer. The reason I bought this was because I bought the 10.2 cf model and it works great and gets to -10 degrees. I understand we cannot avoid defective items, but when a freezer doesn't work new out of the box, that indicates they don't test them at the factory. This needs to change.

We really love how much storage room this unit has but our favorite feature about this particular one is the sliding baskets across the top that allows easy access to the bottom and great organization.

We are so grateful that BB had a chest freezer during the pandemic. Our side-by-side in the kitchen has very little freezer space. We will get a lot of use out of it and it's very energy efficient for the long haul.

It does its job. It keeps things cold. I like the freezer. I just don't like the sounds that it makes when its cooling. Other than the noise, (a faint hum) I couldn't be happier with it. Given its capacity, chilling speed and consistancy, I think I got a great deal.

love how it locks so I can secure the frozen snacks as giveaways to the sales floor or anyone else that has excellent performance. on wheels so easy to move, love the freezer!

Our old freezer gave out and had to buy a new one. This was the only one that I could find and so far I don’t regret it one minute, easy to use and keeps the food frozen.

Bought to store breast milk. Worked perfect. Nownusing it for food. Plenty of room for everything. Wheels make it easy to move around.

The freezer is nice. The deliverers were very professional and on time. They were very friendly and asked if I had any questions.

We ordered this for hurricane preparedness along with a generator. I had the choice of this or a GE with similar external dimension. I went with this because it was bigger inside and $100 less with same features.

Nice big freezer, I like the standup better because of the ergonomics but this freeze is great...and really easy to move.

Only complaint i have is the lock on it is a alen wrench with a push button not a actual key. Othere then that food is frozen

Came in works as it should but it came broken and it's been a pain having to replace it.

Good service, so so huge. Bought my other smal freezer from best buy and i have been using it with no problem since 2015
