Beware the replacement process

Our freezer was delivered, and sure enough, the front panel was completely warped. GeekSquad delivery said, "no problem, keep it and schedule a replacement by calling this number". Well, after a 30 minute call queue, we were informed that a replacement can't be scheduled since the item is out of stock. And once 15 days go by, you're stuck with the unit. My advise- inspect delivery on arrival. If it's damaged, send it back immediately. Order again and hope the next one is better.

I was able to adjust the prongs for the time being but will have to go and buy a new plug to swap it with. While moving the freezer found a sharp corner and was able to gash my finger pretty good on it. One wheel won’t rotate probably bent during shipping or production avoided the sharp corner and was able to get it into the correct position. We shall see if this freezer is worth the purchase or not in the next few days if not then y’all can come pick it up from my garage and we’ll call it good.

Freezer did not maintain temperature food spoiled

Left for vacation on 12/18 and returned on 12/26 to find all food thawed. Power light was illuminated and freezer sounded as if it were running. Digital thermometer revealed a temp of 38 degrees F. Temp setting dial was near max. Food was all spoiled and had to be discarded. Do NOT buy this product!! Does not reliably freeze

I was lucky that I was able to find the food before it was totally defrosted and place it in a different freezer. Called BestBuy and they said there isn’t anything that can be done.

I followed the cleaning and set up instructions found in the owner's manual. That evening I starting stocking it with my Alaskan Seafood & Butcher Box orders. As of today all 14.1 Cu feet are full of fish & meat so that are family can avoid grocery stores for the next 6 months while COVID makes it's triumphant return. I will report back if I notice any problems now that it is filled to the brim.
