This freezer is easy to load and unload. It has wheels on it to make it easy to move. It works great!

I needed a freezer that was 28" in depth. All of the major brands were too deep. While physically smaller than the freezer I replaced, there seems to be a lot of space. Baskets slide well. The lid is too hard to open. If there is not enough weight in the freezer I can lift the whole thing trying to get the lid up. There does seem to be ice building up around corners, so I'm not sure of the seal.

Very happy with this freezer purchase. Good size but not huge. Interior baskets are pretty large which is nice. Short me can still reach the interior bottom of the freezer. Key/lock ensures lid is tightly closed. Plugged it in and it was showing signs of getting cold within a few minutes. Best Buy Delivery was very professional and timely. My first time buying a big appliance from them online and I'm quite happy with the outcome.

This freezer is definitely one heck of a deal. Our upright died on us after 5 years and we were not willing to spend close to 1k again for something that was only going to last just under 5 years so we decided to go back to a chest freezer and this thing is a MONSTER!!!! Totally worth the money and will hold a TON of food!!!! Super happy with this purchase.

Wow, did I feel like I hit the jackpot with this cooler and delivery service. This freezer is large, so make sure that’s what you want. It does its job and I plan on having it full (eventually). Best Buy delivery was top notch. They set a time, called when they were almost here, and had it ready and set within 10 minutes. They even plugged it in for me. Buy this freezer, it’s a great deal.

I purchased a chest freezer after searching tirelessly to find one during this terrible pandemic. Deliver was fast and efficient. Unfortunately my item arrived with scratches although the item is brand new.. to was quite disappointed but we be call to customer service and they were able to happily compensate me for the damages. Overall the item has worked great and keeps my items frozen.

Not sure how to review something like this because while it is bread new it can easily be rated five stars. So, I’ll just give the Pro’s and Con’s as I see them currently. PROS: Size tons of space and the condenser doesn’t use up to much of the inside storage. Storage baskets- you get three of them and they are large perfect for separating all of the different species of meat you have killed over the last year. Cools down extremely fast about 18 minutes from 95F to 12F once plugged in. Lid has a nice little LED light that comes on when you open it. Casters on all four corners make it really easy to position where you want it Half the price of GE or Maytag of the same size CONS: No idea how much the electric bill will increase No idea how well it will last Casters on all four corners make it really easy to unintentionally move it from desired position It doesn’t feel as solidly built as the Maytag of the same size because it’s not as heavy which may not be a CON at all but just seems concerning. With all that said I think it’s a fine price for what seems to be a good piece of equipment. I purchased the extended warranty because who knows if it will still be working in a year. Hope this helps.

This freezer is a monster. We bought it to replace a 13cu ft upright that was about 15 years old. We couldn’t go wrong for the price and this freezer holds so much more. The baskets are great and allow us to store the things we need to grab quickly and easily. It did come with a dent on the back that was addressed by CS

Room enough for 3 large deer and more. looks great - works as it should.
