I ordered this item because I needed more food space and this deep freezer came in hand. I love it and glad it meet my expectations. I love how I can close and lock it so my kids can get in it lol. I will order from Best Buy again.

Seems to be perfect for stocking up on sale items and for make-ahead meals. There does seem to be a bit of frost accumulating on the lid where the baskets sit along the top edge though...

Great chest freezer and price was cool. Plenty of room to stock up on food as they go on sale. Nice baskets that are large and convenient. I am well pleased. The delivery was on time and unit was in pristine condition.

For now, The freezer seems good, and I like it has wheels. Its size is prefect for family of 6 or even more. Before this one, I had 7.1 GE which had last with for 8 years. I hope this Insignia will be better or at least the same quality. Only time will tell.

the freezer chest is huge and great for the price. I was able to put all meat and poultry in that freezer and used my old freezer to store vegetables and frozen food. This freezer chest is totally worth it.

Grateful to be able to purchase this freezer during a freezer shortage. The size is great and holds a lot of meat. After opening it you have to wait a minute or so to open it again. It does the job.

Probably more space than we really need, all of our regular items could probably go in a 5.0! But we wanted to have extra space in case of a successful hunting trip. :-) Definitely have it now.

Its only been about a month since we purchased the freezer but so far so good. I did take out the geek squad 3 year warranty as this is an off brand name just in case we have an issue. It is installed in our garage next do an upright fridge/freezer. I did some research and read quite a bit of good reviews but was not sure about the purchase but with the extra warranty felt better about it. After unboxing it at home there was a very minor ding near the bottom of the unit, very minor and not easy to see, no issues beyond that. I did purchase a high amperage surge protector to hopefully insure its electrical integrity in case of storms and such. Very happy with it so far.

This is the perfect freezer for our needs! Brought it home, plugged it in and it started cooling right away and has been working exactly as we need it to. The baskets are very helpful too!

We’ve had it for 3-4 months - no issues. Bought it site unseen - it is actually bigger than we expected. The top 3 baskets are excellent as it makes finding and sorting things much easier.

It works great. I haven't had any issues with it. I plugged it in and started putting stuff in it within about 12 hours.

I like the amount of space, and it has great storage bins. The shelf where the cooling system is, is actually very handy as well so we don't have to bend down as far to reach more food! XD

Perfect size for our basement. We still have space for more after 1/2 pig, 1/4 beef, and 4 chickens. Love that there is a light in the lid.

I love this chest freezer it stores so much food for my family of 6. It has been a lifesaver for our bulk buys. I would purchase this over and over again.

Found this gem during a pandemic and all freezers were sold out! Don't know how I got so lucky, but this freezer is amazing. Lots of room and got cold super quick! Does not disappoint!

Energy efficient and spacious chest freezer. I've had it for a month and it is using less power and frosting up significantly less than my previous one.

This was a great purchase. I love that this freezer locks and that it has three baskets! It was delivered free of charge and set right into place!

the best chest freezer option I found available in the market. It is working good till this moment (about a month) and I didn't have any issue with that.
