I needed an additional space saving refrigerator for the basement so I could chill cakes and dry out roasts. This fridge is low profile while super roomy inside (2 chocolate cakes, 1 cheesecake and a 7 bone standing rib roast).

Poor Customer Service

I had a problem with customer Service. I brought a refrigerator a couple of years ago and having the fridge for approximately 2 months it stop keeping my food items cold!! A geek squad representative was sent out to fix the fridge. However, when he attempted to repair the fridge he cut wires that should have never been cut!! This practice voided the factory warranty on the fridge! Best Buy Customer Services Representatives refuse to compensate me for the damage refrigerator!!

Before, Best Buy would discount the price because of the defect.

So it’s just shoved in as far as I could get it. The door closes so I’ll live with it. I was without a refrigerator for nine days so when it was delivered I didn’t have them take it back.
