Decent fridge for smaller kitchens

We have a smaller house and normal sized fridges are a bit large for our space. This one was what we needed, decent space but smaller footprint. Switching the doors to open the opposite way was a little tricky as the adjustable feet bolt through the door bracket.

Great fridge!

I am so grateful for this fridge, it’s not too small or too big, its just right and we love it. I’m happy i purchased it. The delivery guys did an excellent job as well with delivery, haul away and installation.

Poor Customer Service

I had a problem with customer Service. I brought a refrigerator a couple of years ago and having the fridge for approximately 2 months it stop keeping my food items cold!! A geek squad representative was sent out to fix the fridge. However, when he attempted to repair the fridge he cut wires that should have never been cut!! This practice voided the factory warranty on the fridge! Best Buy Customer Services Representatives refuse to compensate me for the damage refrigerator!!

Four months old many problems

Everything gets so frozen and full of frost for some reason the frost free is not working right also, once the frost builds up too much it literally stops my refrigerator section from getting the optimal cold so I literally have to defrost the freezer once a month. I have the freezer on the lowest setting and it’s still constantly has frost buildup and I have the refrigerator on the coldest setting and I feel lik like my items in the refrigerator are chilled, but not cold as they should be leading to things spoiling sooner than later and the fridge having a smell very disappointed in this fridge. I’ve only owned it for such a short time and it’s not doing the basic things I needed to do. only reason why I’m giving it two stars is cause it looks nice.
