The window seems to get a lot of condensation, to the point we've placed a towel under it because we're worried about the water damaging the floor. There is ice buildup around the freezing unit inside. Generally, it looks very pretty and the space is good. Can fit champagne and irregularly sized bottles, too.

I'm pleasantly surprised -- build quality is nice and the compressor is quiet. We'll have to see if this lasts, but this is a nice appliance for the price. Handles tall wine bottles as well as short ones. You can't adjust the temperature without taking out the four bottles at the bottom. But for most of us, we just want the cooler to stay at cellar temperature (55 degrees) anyway. Anyway, kudos to Best Buy for this product.

This little fridge has worked well. It a basic, budget friendly and does the job. I wish it had a little more flare, like led lights but again. Great function for the price. I had to reverse the door on mine which was very easy to do. Also, I read the reviews about the sound it makes but honestly, it is not nearly noticeable in our open concept dining and living area.

Holds my light wines, bubbly, and wines to be consumed soon. The unit has a clean look, small footprint and simple use. It's not loud, when running about the same as a mini fridge, that said it does not run often once the bottles are cold. Overall happy with it thus far.

This is not a fancy wine refrigerator or wine cooler -- very straightforward and utilitarian. The build quality appears to be very nice, and very sturdy. Fitting 14 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon into this cooler is a very tight fit, but it does work. One improvement that would be very helpful, would be the addition of an internal thermometer to monitor the temperature of the cooler. I purchased a refrigerator thermometer and hooked it on one of the shelves to enable monitoring. In terms of operation, once the temperature in the cooler with the wine bottles settled in the appropriate range (this took perhaps 4 days), the cooler has run only intermittently and is generally quiet and unobtrusive in noise or vibration. The temperature in the cooler seems to be very stable once it normalized.

Wife wanted a compact wine cooler. This one fits nicely and holds a good number of bottles.
