    This the least expensive cooler I could find for a capacity of at least a dozen bottles. It is a mechanical compressor based cooler, which I have been told is more reliable than the solid state cooler. This one is replacing a solid state cooler that lasted less than 4 years. It does not have a thermometer to show the exact temperature, and the temperature control is located behind wine bottles when the lower rack is full.

    Good value for the capacity. Lacks a few features (interior light, temperature display) that you'd find on a more expensive unit. The only knock is that the temperature control is hard to reach and difficult to get just right; the range of possible temperatures should be within reason of what you'd expect for wine (above freezing, below room temp).
