I needed a 50 foot cable to reach from my basement where the router is to the second floor. It works fantastic and more than enough cable to route it where it's out of site.

It is great for single family homes if you have a room that is in need of something to be wired to the internet. Its great if you or your children have a gaming pc or console and plays online because you have so much length to work with
