BB was good about honoring the exchange and the current cord has worked without any issues for over a year. It's nice to have a hard wired connection and a long one at that for those times when wifi coverage doesn't provide as good of a connection as what I need.

Unfortunately, the wifi signal would cut in and out on a regular basis but any devices that we had hooked up with and ethernet cable would retain internet. So I purchased this cat-6 ethernet cable. After some research to determine what ethernet cable I would need, I decided to get the cat-6 instead of the cat-5e or cat-5. The cat-6 cable has not let us down. The signal has not dropped and my son has been able to play his Xbox uninterrupted. Great product!
