To elaborate my expectations were low but the cord itself is very strong, flexible, durable, and has lasted me for a long time without any signs of aging or anything. For example I got this for my PS4 pro and the cord stretches through two rooms and under my fridge. Although putting the cord under a fridge may seem irresponsible it works out due to the quality of the cord and after 6 months it’s held up as if I had just bought it yesterday.
