Cat 6, not 5 because it's faster and it was on the shelf & what 6 dollars difference looks like a standard RJ 45 it plugged right in Hooray for standardization speed has sure picked up and size has gone down since ~1980 works fine the colour is grey not too much packaging while I hope to never need another would buy it or equivalent again.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cables are very functional and they have a satisfying click when inserted into the ethernet port (Maybe not important for everyone, but when you deal with a lot of different ethernet cables all day, it is nice to know that the cable is secure and it's easy to tell with these that they are fully inserted). I wish the color was a bit darker, but for the price, I am happy with these cables and I don't expect to need replacements anytime soon.
