Its 2:35 am here, but this could not wait till morning to review. I bought this charger today. I plugged it in and placed my s7 on it with an existing 98% charge. As I initially watched it, it charged up to 100% in a few minutes and the charging light in my phone went from red to green. I left the phone on the charger and went to bed. A couple hours later I awoke and went to bring the phone into the bedroom. Thank God I woke up! The phone and the charger were Very very hot! So hot I could not leave my palm on the charger. If I had not woke up, my phone battery would have been roasted and possibly a FIRE started from the VERY overheated charger. I have other cordless chargers and none of them overheat after the battery is charged. I will be returning the charger in the morning. Is Best Buy going to replace my possibly damaged phone battery? I bet not. I have purchased all my home products from Best Buy for decades. This is the first time I have to return an inferior product. I'll know by morning if the phone battery is destroyed.

For a after market it works fine. You have to position just right to have it charge your device. Can’t beat the price for the functionality.

The Insignia charger is very finicky where you have to place your phone( I used my iPhone XS Max) at just the right position to get it to charge. Woke up multiple nights where I woke up with a dead phone battery because my phone wasn’t placed at like a 40° angle on the charge pad. There is a tiny tiny light that shows purple when it’s charging and blue when nothing is charging and I find myself using my regular plug-in to charge my phone when I’m too irritated to find the right placement of the Insignia wireless pad. Also it states it is a 15w charger but found it charged my phone battery 10% in 20 minutes which is much slower than my 15w plug-in. I will mention I got it on Best Buy’s flash sale and I am so glad I didn’t pay full price, because it just isn’t worth it.

Very fast charging. The only downside is when you dont line up the phone exactly, it doesn't charge. There's not much room for error.

The wireless charger works well, even without removing the phone case. The cord is a little short though.

Great charger and love the wireless compared to plugging it in. It does have to be set a certain way or it didn't charge I have found

This works flawlessly. Charges both my iPhone 8 Plus and my iPhone 12 without a hitch. Also charges my iPods just by laying the back of the case on it. So much easier than plugging in a lighting cable. I admit, sometimes getting the phone lined up just right to charge is finicky, but this one seems to have a larger target zone than my other charging pad.

Seems to work well and ostwas reasonable. It bends in well with the furniture and does not stand out

It works OK. It was cheap enough. I'm not disappointed, but not overly impressed.

Charges all of my family's phones really quickly! Simply plug it in and place your device on the charging pad. Only complaint I have is that some cases don't work with it and you have to be mindful of your phone's orientation to begin charging but other than that, it's really convenient! No more damaged charging ports and cables!

I went into this purchase not knowing much about what makes a wireless charger high quality. I have been impressed. Very reasonable cost and with my charging port going out on my phone, this saved me having to buy a new phone. Very quick at charging and easy to bring places for someone like me with a mobile lifestyle.

The price is good and no issue at all. Fast charging my iphone 12 without any issue.

Got this when it was on sale. The pad is big and sturdy. Fast charging works.

Square design is superior over my old round shape one. Charges iPhone proficiently.

Doesn’t work unless phone is at perfect angle. But works fast.

Really nice to have a wireless charger it works well on both android and Apple devices with ease-of-use. The cord attached to the charger is a little short it would be nice if it was a little longer but other than that works very well and does not have to be totally centered to apply a charge.

Saw that this was on sale, and just got a new fancy phone with qi charging. So I took I bought this on a whim to use wireless charging. Worked great! I am using the LG Velvet, with a dual screen case. The charging worked through the dual screen case. One minus may be the cord is really short.
