I bought this for a festival and I wasn’t sure how it would hold up all day out in the heat. This is the BEST portable battery pack ever! I was out all day 13hrs and my phone never died thanks to this! By the time I made it back to my BnB, I still had 2 led indicators left on the pack! The box said it would charge your phone 6xs and it’s no joke. There’s no power button on it which is nice so you don’t accidentally turn it on in your page. It automatically turns on when you plug your cord into your phone and it’s nice to charge 2 devices at once. I highly recommend this battery and it’s affordable! Nothing like affordable quality!

Best portable charger I've purchased to date. It charges fast. I love the convenience of having 2 ports.

Just bought this item few weeks back and used it few times. Seems works ok. Took 5-6 hours to full charge. Little heavy and big in size. It charge the mobile in average rate. I never charged any other devices yet. I should add review comments after using it some more tine.

The Insignia 15,000 mAh portable charger charges devices very fast. The power storage is incredible. The unit comes pre charged at 75% right out of the box. USB cable is included, but no 110v power brick which is why only 4 stars. Highly recommend Insignia!!

This is a good charger, but when I charged it up, only three of the four blue lights worked. All in all, the charger still worked pretty good.

I Like How You Can Take It Anywhere And Have Charge!!!!!!!

The price was good (especially for the higher capacity). It took about 6 hours to fully charge initially from my computer USB port. It is a bit heavy, but I am able to awkwardly have it in my jacket pocket. It seems to last several days, but I have re-charged it overnight if it gets under 75% which could take 2-4 days. I'd prefer if it was UL Approved. My primary use is for my quirky phone that is on its last legs and has a completely unreliable battery. This charger makes my phone reliable in a portable way! My only irritation is that I think if the phone tells the charger it is 100% charged, the charger turns off and does not turn back on until you manually push the charger's button and verify it is on by the very small LEDs (so my phone unexpectedly died when it was still connected, just because it had turned off). So it would be nice if the LEDs were bigger or more visible. I have adjusted by always pushing the charger button before trying to use my phone to keep it from dying. For my current use, I am rough on the cord and connectors so not sure how long those will last.

It's a great charger. I can fully charge my phone twice when it's completely dead, I have the galaxy S 10 plus. It doesn't take long to charge the pack either maybe about 2 hours to fully charge. It has light indicators and a button to let you know how much charge it has. It's pretty durable I've dropped it at least twice on accident and it still works like new. It has two USB ports and an android port to charge it with. It will run a little warm if you do charge your phone when it's completely dead, since it does pretty fast charging.

Why go for expensive brands like Anker or Samsung when you get better product with a great deal. Insignia is a convenient brand, I have many products with the same brand. This power bank is very useful when I have to stay away from home the whole day. I can charge my phone at least 4 times with it. Excellent product with the price (I got it in deal of the day)

I purchased this in something of an emergency and am very glad I did. Particularly on sale, the price is very reasonable vis-à-vis competitors, and I already own a couple of other battery packs and would have been content if this was a one-use purchase. Instead, this has become my go-to battery, and it has saved me on a number of occasions. It holds a charge for an incredibly long time, and quickly recharges smaller electronics such as iPhones and iPads. To my senses, Insignia products look cheap and unappealing, and this one is no exception. But I will gladly trade looks for value for something a utilitarian as this. It's dependable and efficient; I don't really care what it looks like.

I have a RAV Power power bank I've used for years now. Nothing wrong with it but having extra power, and more storage of it, is a plus. I've charged it up when I received it, mere days after ordering!, and I haven't exhausted it yet. I'd say it charges maybe a little faster than any I've used before (that is, relative to the amount of storage in the device). It's a slick design. It charges two devices at once though haven't tried that too much as yet. Both charging ports are USB-A so if you're using a USB-C cable you may be out of luck. This device may slowly become obsolete but I think there's plenty of time before everything goes USB-C. A little thing but one I greatly appreciate the the battery indicator. The LEDs are recessed where one has to look at it face on to read it. The great part of that is that with this design the LEDs will not light up a dark room when being used or charging. When being used, blue LEDs will not distract you out of the corner of the eye. As someone sensitive to needless light I truly like this design. And, as stated, I've yet to use my first charge of the power bank completely yet. Nice Insignia product so far.

This has been a great purchase, much greater capacity but still smaller in overall physical size than the back-up battery I've been using for a couple of years! Easy to fit in a pocket will take charge from a 2amp fast charging wall wart and is great when you notice that the bars on your phone/tablet/Kindle are waaaaaaay too low for comfort! The price was surprisingly low, too. Buy this

I grabbed this to use during Pokemon Go Community days, long hikes, beach days, and any activities I want all day music for. I'm able to easily plug in and charge two devices at once while using them or for a quick charge. I am able to charge a Galaxy S9+ and an iPhone or iPad twice on a single charge or use them all day without draining my phone battery. Even with two devices plugged in, the charger doesn't get hot and easily slides into a pant pocket or a backpack. It definitely makes things super convenient.

I was looking for an affordable portable charger that could juice my phone, iPad and Apple Watch. The Insignia 15,000 mAh charger is great for my phone, good for my iPad, and not entirely useful for my Apple Watch. The 15,000 mAh is enough power to give the phone a quick charge, but the iPad would take a little longer on any charger - portable or not. With the Watch, though, the charger will turn off after about 30 seconds, at which point I'll have to press the power button for the watch to start charging again. Then the charger will shut off 30 seconds after that. So the Watch can't get a steady charge from this bank. I've tried charging the Watch on an Anker charger with no issues. I do love how slim and light the charger is compared to other brands like Anker. I wish this one did have an "auto detect" feature like the Anker where you simply plug in the device and it begins charging instead of having to press the power button. But that's a minor, minor inconvenience for the peace of mind of knowing my phone will always have a charge! For a compact charger for phones, I wouldn't recommend anything else. For a charger that can keep your watch charged and maybe supply a little more juice to tablets, maybe look for something else.

Bought this unit to use in travel where I found myself to be in need of a charge when there was no standard electric outlet to use. Held the initial charge okay, and when I did need to use it it worked fine. Please note I've only used it twice and do not plan to use it on a daily or regular basis. It was able to charge both my phone and tablet and at the same time without issue.

I recently bought the power bank with very heavy discount. For $20, the power bank is worth every penny. I have used the power bank sparingly. The power bank auto shuts when not in use or when the item is charged which helps in unnecessary wastage of power. I would recommend to buy this item.

If you have multiple portable devices -- especially if any of them lose their charge rapidly -- this a good tool to have. It recharges other devices very quickly, even two at once.

I am a sucker for getting portable chargers. Through vacationing, camping and visiting family members who live far, I always need a charger to have in my purse. I have an expensive one, and this one charges almost as long as that one. I went camping for three days and it didn't need to be charged once. I charged my phone about five times at least. It's such a great size too compared to my expensive one that's way too bulky. Just make sure to keep it on the charger for about a day before you do leave on trips.

This charger has great capacity - allows for charging more than one device on a single battery charge. Slim and fairly lightweight for a unit with this capacity.
