I tried multiple things but was still not working, I was upset that I would have to take them back but I blew into the connector plugs to clear any possible debris and they worked. I'm glad that it was resolved however; they are way overpriced, and cheaply made. I would not recommend any product from this brand to anyone for any reason. I'm keeping the lights because I need them and cant wait for others to ship. Very disappointed with this purchase and hope someone finds this helpful.

Great idea...but takes paint off any surface

Upon removal (they were only in place for a few months), they took the paint and even some of the sheetrock right off the wall! Now we have to patch and paint everywhere he put them.
