Ice come out smooth, quick and easy to refill. The self cleaning is also amazing. However, the unit only lasted a few months. Thank goodness I had the warranty. Had I not had a warranty, and with it being outside the refund window, I would have been out of money. Advice - get the warranty. Does good for price.
