I got this refrigerator for my bar in my basement. Well I use it a few times a year and the drinks are never below 42°. I have a busy life and should have called within the warranty period But never did. The price I got on it was good but does not cool at all.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While we originally loved our Insignia 165 can built-in beverage cooler and we loved the service we received at Best Buy so much that we became Total Tech Members to provide us with the highest customer service, we since have had a terrible experience. Our beverage cooler stopped working suddenly, we contact Geek Squad as the product was still within the two year coverage, Geek Squad told me I would need to bring the fridge into a store to be repaired. A BEVERAGE FRIDGE, that was delivered on a box truck. When we explained that the cooler was a little too big to take into a store we were told to call Insignia directly. I called Insignia directly at (877)467-4289. The customer service representative, Ella, explained that our cooler was outside of their one year warranty and I needed to call the third party vendor at (800)433-5778, when I asked her for the name of the vendor she placed me on a hold, returned to the call and told me the third party vendor is Geek Squad and I needed to call them directly and before allowing me to protest she promptly hung up on me. My husband called Geek Squad back to explain the issue, he was told to bring the major appliance to the store… so we are heading to the store, without the appliance to hopefully speak to someone about an in-home appointment. I would have loved to give this fridge 5-stars, it gets 1 star.
