I have it set to 34 degrees, loaded it with drinks per the manual (the drinks in front have to lay flat and they cant be to close to the fan) and the fridge would not get below 55 degrees. I reduced the number of drinks so the fridge is about 1/2 full and I get to about 47 degrees. I called customer service and after 4 hours they said they would have ups pick up the fridge. They said i needed to put it in a box to pick it up. I explained the old box is in the trash. They would not send me a new one. I have no way to get it to the best buy store, hence why I ordered it online. So I went to home depot and got the biggest box possible, and it did not fit. This fridge is garbage, and the customer service is even worse.

Nice product, but it just doesn't last at all.

Had it looked at and discovered that the refrigerant was leaking from a piece that was braised together by the manufacturer. I reached out through Best Buy’s website and never got a response. Finally called and waited on hold for 25 minutes to be told that because I was outside the warranty period there was nothing they would do for me. I just wasted $600 and hardly got any use out of it. Don’t waste your time or your money on this product.
