    We were excited to purchase this refrigerator. Unfortunately it’s a terrible product 32 days later the bottom started to spark from the electrical we are afraid to plug in.

    Purchase the unit arriving on Tuesday. The moment I turn it on it was a loud noise. Confirm the compressor is bad. Return the next day and attempt to order another and there were no more in stock for delivery.

    The fridge is cooling but running about 10 degrees too warm. We've put 2 thermometers in to test it. Disappointed.

    The first one we ordered had some damage, loud and did not cool. We got a replacement, it was not as loud, one corner had some damage, but still did not cool to even close to 34 degrees, the front of the cooler was 50 degrees and toward the back was mid 40 degrees. I would not recommend this product

    Fridge fan too noisy. Replaced it at best buy and does the same. Returning it as soon as possible.

    Arrived heavily damaged awaiting pickup and replacement. Three of last six items delivered either damaged or missing. Use store pickup where offered

    Missing parts (screws for the handle) and can't figure out how to get new parts for it (they are not standard screws).

    Interior light didn't work

    Fridge looks good but the light didn't work right when it arrived. Will be a huge hassle to try and return.

    Empty, it only cools down to 39 degrees. When it has anything in it, it only cools down to 45 degrees

    I got mine and after few months, its fan is noisy. I was a totaltech member (in best buy) but they did not fix it.

    Really Happy!

    It is so much quieter than the high end french door fridge we used to have. It cools nice and has lots of room. It is sturdier than we expected. The only thing it did not have was the nice blue led light that we really liked in our old fridge. We installed a battery operated remote led light and are now able to turn it on with lights whenever we choose. It does have a bright standard white light that you can turn on and off as needed. All in all, very pleased with the performance and price. Best Buy left the box on our front door and did not take it in, so be aware of that in case you expected anything different. They did send notifications so we knew when to expect delivery. However, the link to access tracking never worked from our phone so we had to cut and paste to view. No problem with the box or quality of the unit. Everything looks good so far.

    Wanted an affordable under the counter refrigerator for waters, sodas and beers and this was it. Husband remove dishwasher that wasnt being used and easily slid this into its place. Will take time to cool all beverages, as instructions said. Good price for what we needed.

    Gets colder than expected! Fits perfectly and came with tools to adjust height, which we needed up needing. Only issue with this fridge is that the door opens every time it is closed not “gently”. Overall, I’m happy with it.

    Would rate 5 stars (As this is an amazing min-fridge for the price - it keeps my drinks in my office at the perfect temperature), however, it was damaged on arrival (Corners dented, side dented a bit). It runs great though, and looks/is built like a quality fridge.

    Had this a week, holds temp, very quiet and fits perfectly to spec's. If I had one thing to change, I would ask to have white plastic to reflect more light.

    Not Bad but Huge Dent

    The fridge was exactly the perfect dimensions for our mini-fridge space in our kitchen but the fridge was shipped to me from Ardmore, OK store to Houston, TX and when I opened it up, there was a huge dent in the back left corner of the fridge. It doesn't seem to impact the performance but was a bit of an eye-sore. I'm okay with it for the time being since it gets pushed back into a fitted spot and no one can see it anyway but a bit unacceptable. I did get a chance at this fridge on sale for Memorial day at $399 though.
