Arrived damage and has sharp edges that gashed our BRAND NEW floors!

I bought two to fit under my bar. They work great, are quiet and feel very solid when opening and closing the doors. The shelves are adjustable, but not particularly strong. Still, they are handling the weight of being fully stocked with cans and bottled water. I definitely recommend these, especially if bouht on sale.

I purchased this and received it a little less than 24 hours ago. Give it time to cool down I'd even recommend not putting drinks in it to let it cool down on its own before you load the fridge. Also, read the directions it's not a lot to read but there are some very helpful tips to using the machine that you should know it's 5 minutes of your time and worth doing. So far in less than 24 hours but closer to 20 the fridge has cooled down very well to a very low temperature. Water is really cold my non-alcoholic beer really cold and I'm happy with that. Why not five stars? The magnetic strip could be stronger to keep the door closed, it closes, but other people are right when they say you can't just nonchalantly close the door and walk away cuz there is a chance it'll bounce a little bit and not seal or close properly. That would be my only complaint. A suggestion someone else had that I agree with is more selections for shelf height. Granted these are made for cans not for anything else right but aren't we stubborn LOL so far I could recommend this product no doubt about it. People that got product damaged... Unfortunately, in the appliance industry this is a major problem this isn't just the Best buy problem this happens with every major appliance store and I was lucky I got the very tiniest dent on the side. It's so minor and I'll tell you why I let it go... I worked in this industry for years and to be honest I consider myself lucky to have gotten a product to my house in such well condition. I know if I asked for a return exchange there is a chance that the next one would come damaged even more and I'd be really upset. My dent is the size of a penny maybe a dime but I've seen people exchange refrigerators and washers and dryers for the same amount of damage. You are entitled to getting a product on damaged but knowing what I know I got off easy LOL I got lucky. Oh lastly I can say my unit is very quiet. I was almost worried it wasn't working LOL but no it was it's a very quiet unit and this sits in my office so I have cold drinks while I work from home. I hope that this review helps someone to make a good decision and I would definitely back this product.

Quiet, clean set up, great temperature controls. I purchased this to replace a 5 year old Magic Chef beverage cooler. The big reason I got this particular one is that it had an Energy Star. The unit is quiet, and the inside is nice as it can hold a lot of items needing refrigeration (clean, simple design). The interior temps hold steady and the legs of the unit allow it to be used as a stand-a-lone unit, which I do use for an office.

Bought to replace a very old mini fridge in our new house. This one fit perfectly into the under counter space where the old one was removed. Holds a lot of beverages and keeps them cold.

Overall a good beverage fridge. The lowest setting is 34 degas, which is lower than most, and keeps my drink nice and cold. The noise level is very low, the occasional low hum is all I hear. The only reason for the 4 star is that sometimes when you close the door it doesn’t stay shut, but there’s an alarm to tell you if it’s ajar.

I’ve had this fridge installed for over a year now and have never had an issue. It works great and looks nice in our kitchen island. For some reason, any brand of built-in beverage fridge will always have negative reviews with bad experiences, so I decided to give this Insignia a try and it’s been great. The only issue I had was overfilling the fridge and having some cans freeze — it’s best to leave the top row a bit less full than the others so that you don’t block the fan and have drinks freeze. This fridge fits a LOT and you can adjust the shelves depending on the height of bottles, cans, etc... I will say the shelves are not the strongest, because when the shelf is full, it will have a noticeable bend to it. If you’re looking for a solid beverage fridge that doesn’t cost more than $1,000, give this one a try.

Nice cold beverages and efficient unit good looking refrigerator

Cooler works great, I like that the light turns on when you open the door. Some people mention the door not staying closed if you slam it too hard, I found if you adjust the front legs so the cooler tilts towards the back that gravity will keep it closed. My thermometer shows 37 degrees which keeps the beverage’s plenty cold, I would buy this cooler again.

So far am enjoying this fridge. The style is great and love that it has versatility with which side you can put the door. Also holds quite a bit as well! Only downfall is that if you close the door just a tad too hard, instead of letting the door close on it's own with gravity. The door doesn't keep closed and will bounce back open. Another weird thing is that it keeps accumulating moisture on the bottom of the fridge which seems to be coming from the drain in the back. Could be user error, but haven't figured out the what to do about it yet.

Purchased this Insignia™ - 165-Can Built-In Beverage Cooler - Stainless steel for a home wet bar. It has a nice design and a front-facing exhaust and is very quiet. It works very well but doesn’t have a lot of bells & whistles, such as multi-color LED lighting, but it does have the option to have the lights on all the time or turn on when the door opens, which is the setting we use so I can tell if the door is closed. It was delivered to the house in the box and was not damaged during transit. The dimensions were accurate and it fit the space as expected.

Fits perfectly in the space where my dishwasher used to be. Perfect for drinks, but can also store items that need to be a bit cooler.

Love this cooler. FYI..it barely fits under my granite countertop even with all leveling legs all the way down. As a result, I had a problem with the door bouncing open when it was closed too hard. I tried to purchase different locks…didn’t work. Put Vaseline on the gaskets…didn’t work. Finally, I removed the back leveling legs and adjusted the front legs one turn and now it works perfectly. Also came with two dents, one on back and one on side but didn’t return since hidden.

First unit wasn’t getting cold enough. Even set at 34F or 36F it wouldn’t get below 41-42F, which isn’t safe for food. We used multiple thermometers, tried multiple temperature settings and finally requested a replacement unit. Second unit came in and has been working fine. Fits perfectly under our wet bar counter and looks nice. It’s not the highest quality product out there but doesn’t seem cheap either. It’s the only reasonably priced mini fridge with these dimensions we were able to find. All other brands of mini fridges available with these dimensions are ridiculously expensive. Thanks, Best Buy, for having this product!

I replaced the old beverage refrigerator under my kitchen island with this beauty. It looks great! This unit loads a lot of beverages, too. And, thanks to a timely Best Buy sale, I got it at a great price. Now, you have a nice visual display of my craft brews and they are at the perfect temperature. I'm a happy guy!
