Called insignia and they gave me the run around. Finally the third time I called they said I have to bring it to a best buy....sooo yeah, it weighs like 100lbs. I guess I'll just throw it in my trunk and take it there...LOL. DONT BUY INSIGNIA!!!!!!

So far, we are happy with this unit. The door alarm has come in handy as you need to close it softly or it comes open again.

Nice low temp and quiet. Can hardly hear it run and it’s much quieter than our previous unit.

The door pops back open if you shut it to hard, and the stainless steel is already tarnishing after only a few weeks

Started up quickly and cools fast. The shelves are sufficient - but would be much nicer if they were stronger / thicker. If shelves were better then I would give 5 stars
