I paid around $1200 for matching stainless units. A 17cuft fridge and 17cuft freezer. Small enough to fit up my weird stairs. They look clutch. Can set temp. No more door randomly opening. And its wifi enabled

I really like the flexibility of this product - can be either a freezer or fridge. I actually bought one of each for each use for my garage. Since it’s a feeezer also, the seal is very tight so it’s a bit hard to open - gotta pull pretty hard. The doors only open one way - hinges right, handle left so keep that in mind. It holds magnets which as trivial as it sounds, did play a part in our buying decision.

I have had it 5 months. It was ‘open box’. It works great. I wish it went below 0*, but that would be power consuming. It does have an outside temperature control on the door. This is fantastic. Shelves are strong and adequate. I am used to chest freezers, so never cared for upright. This is nice. I can see and find what I want easier in this. One warning, if you want to stock this with freezer meats in bulk(whole pig/cow etc) empty the freezer space you want to use first, then put everything in at the same time. If you don’t, the frozen stuff won’t mold to fill the top and edges. I also use cardboard boxes to hold items in, so they don’t spill out when door is opened.

We needed a freezer and have been looking for a year now. Nothing but ugly basic white ones. Then we saw this at Best Buy. Stainless and flexible. Yes it was more expensive then the basic but the basic wasn't going to cut it. We had a baby shower with 50 people and this worked great as an out door refrigerator to save from everyone running in and out of the house. We are now going to put it in the garage and use it as a freezer. We have a Samsung refrigerator which has a flexible door that we can convert to a refrigerator instead of a freezer. The best of all worlds.

I needed more space for drinks, salad greens etc., and bulky items not used every day. This more than fits the bill. It's attractive, nicely designed and everything I needed and hoped it would be. If you need both a refrigerator and a freezer I would recommend getting two. You would have perfect units for a lot less than the premium brand affords.

The options for a stainless upright freezer are very limited but this freezer will not disappoint. The seal on this freezer can make it difficult to open so maybe not a good option for older people or even anyone that can’t pull on anything with strength. I have several times pulled it out from the wall and the door still didn’t open. I’m not complaining though because the seal is so good it doesn’t kick on much and I have not noticed any difference in my electric bill even with my woodstove going 20’ away in the winter.

My mom wanted to get a refrigerator that was relatively cheap and could fit everything we needed to, it took us a while to fill this thing up which is a good thing speaking of capacity but it keeps everything cold. The fine tuning option of controlling temperature and switching between freezer and fridge is a plus as well.

This would have been 5 stars but it has switched itself from Freezer mode to Refrigerator 3 times now. Luckily I caught it same day each time. I think it was caused by the WiFi. I disonnected it from WiFi and it hasn't happened again. By the way, the WiFi is useless. All it does is show current temp, allow you to change temp, and switch it from Freezer to Refrigerator mode. It does have a temp alert. The WiFi to the refrig has no Login Security. Other than the WiFi issues, its a great little freezer - just don't setup the WiFi. Looks good, glass shelves, blue electronic door display and control, door open alert, and quick freeze. It can also run as a refrig if you have a need for a second refrig at times.

I love this upright freezer! We keep our freezer in our garage and wanted stainless. Best Buy had it and we are very pleased. We updated from a 25 year old upright and this is an amazing upgrade. It is close to the wall and very brightly lit. The pull out drawers are a bonus. Only drawback is the size. Wanted the 13 cubic foot but only the 17 cubic foot came in stainless. A lot of freezer for us but it fits in the space, so not an issue.

I love the space, number of shelves, etc., in this freezer. However, it has changed from freezer to refrigerator mode twice and raised the internal temperature on its own once. The app doesn’t notify you of either of these so it is useless in my opinion. The app needs to provide notification options so you don’t have to constantly check the temperature of your freezer or the wi-fi should be removed. I would suggest buying something that doesn’t have this feature.

This is a great refrigerator it has glass shelves inside instead of wire. Bottles and cans don’t stand good on wire shelves. So this is a plus. You can also use this as a freezer because it is converts between fridge and freezer just by changing the digital temperature.

Timely delivery, came with couple of minor dents, customer service was awesome offered replacement or discount. Wireless app connectivity is not as great. And when ordering make sure to get them to set it up else they will just drop it at is and leave. Lot of room inside. Keep stuff frozen real good

Great freezer, looks good but sometimes it's a little tough opening the door. If you're elderly or have trouble pulling on a door that requires extra strength opening it then this may not be for you. This freezer can convert to an ice box with the push of just one button.

It's very impressive looking. Slightly curved stainless door is great for the minimalist look. The shelves are solid plastic instead of wire racks like older fridges. If something spills it is easier to clean up. Light is bright enough. I definitely recommend this one.

This freezer is way bigger in the house than you think when seeing it in store. Big difference between this one and my old one. Stainless steel looks amazing and family likes it to. Very quiet when starting up and waiting 24 hours still quiet. Great ratings also.

we wanted a freezer and this is working fine but we were warned not to hook up the wifi because it switches over to the refrigerator. We got the stainless steel and it looks great. So far so good and we hope we never have to change that.

The freezer is doing what it should. Pleanty of space for all my items and they are easy to see and access. Only complaint is that I still cannot set up the WiFi signal or the phone app.

This deep freezer has been a live saver. We are finally able to stock up on meats and other frozen food for our family. Love the way it freezes quickly and is really spacious and fits so much food and ice when needed.

I love that I can remotely check the status of this freezer. I can also change from freezer to refrigerator if needed, I use for freezer purposes only but I Love it!
