No problems, works just like it’s supposed to and easy

great deep freeze for the price would buy again so happy

Family kept leaving the freezer door ajar. I would notice that it was running constantly after a couple days and investigate. Lost a lot of food. Decided I would buy with an alarm on next freezer. Not only does it have an alarm, it has WiFi and the phone app will give you notifications in case you are away.

The sales person was a great help....and had a sense of humor which made buying a freezer simple. After all, how often do you go to buy a freezer that will sit in the dark basement forever. It arrives on the date and time as promised. Now all our fish rests in a frozen condition ! Thanks again.

I had two freezers delivered. The first one had a problem with opening the door. Can’t figure out why it was so hard to open it except that the door magnets were way too strong. I called customer service and they exchanged it with no problem at all. The store was great.

We purchased this as an open box item. It can be used as a freezer or refrigerator. It has an alarm that will sound (not super loud) when the door is left open. We've has it almost 1 year and have developed zero frost. It's a great purchase.

Very happy with my purchase. The ability to switch from fridge to freezer worked out great. I had delivered right before hosting thanksgiving - so fridge mode was ideal for extra prep space. Afterwards flipped to freezer mode as that was my main reason for buying.

I received and set up my freezer in our garage. It's been working great for several weeks and now I'm going to try and Get the freezer connected via Bluetooth to my phone. That seems a little more difficult than I thought but if I can't get on my own I'll call customer support.

Looking for Wireless connectivity to alert if temperature rises or door is left open. Lost $800 worth of beef. Lesson learned and now we have protection against that loss with this feature built in to the freezer.

did not realize it had a childproof door that had to be unlocked each opening. As a senior citizen small children are no longer an issue in my home. Other than that it is fine,

I thought this was the perfect unit being that it coverts from a freezer to a fridge at any time. I am still having trouble trying to connect the unit to wi-fi. On the upside, it is a good freezer with a very good seal.

We purchased this standing freezer because our chest freezer kept tripping our breakers and thawing all our food. A lot of food went to waste. This has helped us so much and we can easily find what we're looking for without having to dig for it.

so far all is well. the Fast freeze on it does not work. the temperature actually goes up when i put it on fast freeze with the insignia rep. on the phone. i keep it at a minus 4 degrees and seems to be fine now.

Had a chest freezer where one has to stand on one's head to get items from the bottom of the freezer. It is great to just open the door and SEE the item and it is easy access. My wife is really pleased with it.

I so needed to upgrade my freezer! This was a great purchase. The wifi connection is something new, it did alert me when I lost connection while I was away from home, come to find out I had lost commercial power.

I use the stainless as a refrigerator and the white as a freezer and they are perfect! I did months of research and visiting stores to see different models in person. Very happy with this model!!

Getting the door panel to lock the door is not an easy thing!! If you have smaller children I would not recommend this freezer as the door does not stay in locked mode!

Though the wireless WIFI control of this until was not our most important priority, it did come in handle until it was shut down. We never received notice that there was a change and when we did contact a number provided - it was already disconnected. Not happy at all. The freezer itself works but it is not what we purchased as it included the wireless capabilities.

Bought two of these for the garage...one as a fridge and one as a freezer and they are both excellent....

Happy this one works. Customer service with the Manager of appliances Dusty was awesome. Because of him I will continue to purchase all my appliances from Best Buy.
