I tried to follow the directions in the user manual on control of the freezer via WiFi from my iPad without any success. I asked for help from the salespersons with out success. They recommended I try their geek squad which I did. The most they seemed to do give me a phone number. When I phoned Igot put on hold for over 40 minutes. No success. After 1 1/2 months still can’t control freezer. Would not recommend this to anyone.

We really love the freezer holds so much & needed a new freezer so went to best buy & found the we wanted & the bonus is can be used as a fridge

Completely satisfied with this product. Like the fact that the internal temperature shows on the door and it!s WiFi ready. Delivery was great, too.

I was thinking about purchasing 2 of these but decided to try one before buying another. As a freezer, it works find. As a fridge not sure because door bins are narrow. App is completely useless. Temperature is off as higher as 10 degrees. Changing temperature doesn’t work too well. I am not sure how temp can be off if it is getting info from the freezer. I am wondering about is door temperature accurate?

This freezer freezes immediately and shows you the temperature.We bought a half a beef and put it in there; it works wonderfully.

This freezer can be change from a freezer to a fridge. Its frost free and has great built in interior lights. We love it.

It can be either freezer or fridge but we just use it as a freezer. Lots of shelves and door space.

the front electric panel is nice it is very roomy, the door shelves are large

The freezer is great, but the wifi feature doesn't work well. The temperature can't be adjusted very well.

Love the wifi connection, it allows me to monitor the internal temperature and will alert me of a power outage
