Great freezer/refrigerator

It’s really nice with the glass shelves and two large bins. I added an analog thermometer inside to verify the temp display on the door. It’s right on. I’m very happy with the purchase and delivery. Delivery guys were excellent.

We were able to start using the appliance the next day. It is very roomy inside, and has great pull out drawers at the bottom which are seldom found in freezers. We are totally pleased with the Insignia upright freezer!

He had all the answers to our questions. I went to another place to compare before best buy and it was going to take a week to get the freezer and cost way more. Best buy took one day and was a lot cheaper. Best buy is the best.

The unit could be used as a refrigerator instead of a freezer, but we have not tried it that way. We are pleased with our purchase.

The suction on the door is so strong I have to pull violently to open the door. I’m afraid I will pull the handle right off of it someday.

The customer service on the phone was very helpful with all the information that was needed during Covid. The delivery was as promised without delays. The product was easy to open and get set up. Overall I would highly recomend this product.
