I like the fact that it can be a freezer or a refrigerator

Love it. I might need another bigger size but very convenient.

Would have been 5 stars but the first refrigerator they delivered had non negotiable cosmetics damage and when i called to get it replaced (because it was dropped off as is) i had to go through a streneous automation call peocess before you can talk to a person. Also they wanted detailed information (model and serial number off fridge) which made it harder to get a replacement scheduled while travelling away on business. Didnt understand why they didnt have that information from my order? Anyway after working through all that they replaced the damaged refrigerator a couple days later and took the bad one away. It works great for my needs im happy with it

This freezer Is a very nice one the temp is easy to set and reads on the out side of the door very clean and plenty of room in side for my wife and I to save food for the summer or winter or vice a versa I am very happy with this freezer No Complaints at all thank BestBuy for your service five star all the way

Upgraded from a small chest freezer to this upright. Love being able to see everything easily. Have had for a few months now and is working great.

We are using the Insignia 17 cu. ft. as a refrigerator and love it. It is big. Holds a lot. Very happy with it.

Great to have as a second freezer or even refrigerator. Has lots of room and separate racks make it very convenient. You could see what you are storing. Highly recommended.

This fridge is as big as it advertised. I used it as a freezer and have no complaint. It freezes fast, very bright inside, and the spaces inside the door are big enough for bread! I love this. Bestbuy free delivery and setup were also awesome. They masked up and even took off and installed back my entry door for free. Thanks!

Came with a dent told me I was getting a discount because it had a dent in it. Told me I would see the discount within seven days. It never showed up. Then it just automatically disappeared and they lied and saying that they never said that. Which I’m sorry, but I hate liars. It’s my biggest pet peeve is dealing with liars. Very disappointed, not only in Best Buy but the business that I was given because I have been a faithful customer which that will end today. This will be my last purchase because I’m very very disappointed in this company. I don’t like being lied to you.

Our garage freezer gave up the ghost. We needed a freezer stat. Best Buy was the only company who's website offered a unit NOW. We've had the larger model running as a fridge for several years, so we were comfortable with the brand. Purchase was painless, setup was simple, much meat was saved. Crisis averted.

Very spacious. Love the interior light and quick chill

It's early but so far so great. We love the capacity and the layout. It's running now as a freezer so we call it Big Chill. Allows us to stock up when we grocery shop and reduce the frequency of trips.

It's a good buy, it can be used as a fridge or freezer. It has plenty of room. So far I'm very pleased.
