Works fine, no issues. The on line support was excellent, helping me confirm the boxed dimensions and closest store location. This allowed me to get a replacement for my dead freezer before my stored food defrosted. Thank you support, thank you store team.

Very good product, this is my 2nd time purchasing this refrigerator.

Previously had a 15 cubic ft chest freezer that was always hard to organize and keep track of frozen items. Replaced it with this one when it stopped working and love that adjustable shelf’s along with the drawers which it make it so much easier to organize and find what I have stored in it.

Really nice freezer but the handle came off one year after purchase.

I was thrilled to find this upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator! What a terrific idea for meeting needs at different times of the year, or times of my life. Delivery was perfect, on-time, very professional. Configuration of the shelves and door compartments is just right for my needs.

Nice quality but late delivery! More than $500 food wasted as I was expecting delivery on time! 3 times reschedules . I expect best buy contact me and compensate wasted food due to late delivery.

Unit delivered on time. Turned on and left overnight. The next morning it was cold and we started freezing vegetables from the garden. Worked perfectly

Pros: The freezer worked perfectly for almost two years, it failed just shy of the two year warranty so we are getting a replacement. The pro is that it failed within the warranty period. Cons: Very poor, customer service. Spoke with Susie and Mike ( I very seriously doubt that was their real name, no other way to identify them in a complaint.) According to Best Buy Geek Squad, this is consider a small appliance; therefore, you must return it to the store to be repaired. With freezer full of food, will take over 3 weeks to get it replaced; however, I could see that inventory existed online. Was told that may not be accurate I would have to go to the store to confirm, doesn't make sense Best Buy's technology should be able to give you up to date information. Nearest Best Buy over 35 miles away. Would I buy this product again? "No!" Very poor customer service, too long of a wait time for replacement Buyer beware. Oh, paying extra for added protections as a Total Tech member didn't seem to help, will not renew that coverage.

Died after 2 years. Tried to get it repaired and repairman said to never buy this brand. Will last 1 year, 2 years at max. Please do not waste your money.

Great product! We have 2 of these. One as a freezer and one as a fridge.

Honestly I thought a freezer with plastic shelves?? But with limited supply of freezers out I thought I'd give it a try. So far I have not been disappointed at all. Only thing I will note is the door seals well so you have to pull to open but you know you have a good seal.

Excellent freezer. I have had my freezer in a barn right in the middle of the heat and it’s done great no frost at all. Really satisfied with this unit.

I love the digital panel right in front of door. It tells me it is on.

Loving this refrigerator/freezer so far! With the holidays coming up, the extra fridge space is much needed then after holidays, the freezer space will definitely be welcomed! My ONLY complaints so far are the cord is rather short and there is no grate or covering for the lower back of it. That seems sketchy and dangerous. But otherwise, great! Lol

First one failed, they replaced it within 4 days with a bew one
