Mine developed frost and the rep for insignia was not the coolest but I got my new freezer with geek squad protection now over going with the crappy manufacture warranty.

Only concern so far is it can be difficult to open because the door seal is so tight and the freezer moves. Maybe better when there is more inside it. Delivery folks were efficient and nice.

Simple to move around garage. Freezer is very roomy and I was able to fit a bunch in it. Bought to replace old freezer that was not keeping up with temperature. Love that it has a door alarm.

Never even hesitated to start lookjng online at best buy. They had what we were looking for and i love it. Very roomy inside. Holds alot of food and it can also be used as refrigerator if needed

Call for service? Forget about that: Best Buy won’t service it. Call a local appliance repair? Forget about that: they won’t work on it…why? Because it’s junk. So that’s $780 I’ll never get back.
