I was hesitant to purchase the Insignia brand of upright freezer, but do the lack of freezer units available, I ordered the freezer, I was pleasantly surprised how fast the freezer reached the temperature and have been very satisfied with the overall product.

Great Upright Freezer!

The freezer has more than enough space with adjustable shelves and door shelving as well. The drawers are very deep and slide in and out easily. The front controls are easy to maneuver and the door lock is an added bonus!

I purchased the extended warranty. I called to get it serviced and I was told I would need to bring in to the Best Buy store for all repairs and that it does not qualify for in home service even though in the terms it says that in home repairs cover major appliances. When you look this up on the website it is listed under "Major Appliances". I hope this helps someone else.

Good product, Horrible customer experience

But upon delivery, hardware to install handle are missing. Called 5 times to try to resolve the issue. I was promised parts to be shipped, did not happen, I was promised a couple of call backs from supervisors, did not happen. I was promised a huge compensation for my inconvenience, still have not happen. This is by far on of the worst buying experience I’ve had. No follow through and no respect for my time and inconvenience. Was bounced back from store to geek squad, geek squad to store. No sense of ownership for the issue. Horrible horrible horrible.

Great freezer/ fridge

Plenty of room inside and the stainless looks very nice. If we could do it over I would have 2 of these in my garage, 1 for freezer and the other for fridge.

It is great to have all fridge and no freezer! I have concerns because of the water dripping sound that I hear inside, but time will tell if there is a problem or not. The fridge also often makes groaning sounds, but, again, time will tell if that is just what the fridge does or if it is a real concern.
